Inter Miami vs. Sporting KC Betting Tips: Inter Miami to continue impressive form

Inter Miami continued their unbeaten run since signing Lionel Messi last week against LAFC and this time they play hosts to Sporting KC. We’ll be taking a look at the betting market for this game and picking out our two best bets for the game in Miami.
Inter Miami vs Sporting KC Tips
It’s fair to say Lionel Messi has changed this team around completely and Inter Miami are now one of the best teams in the MLS. They will be missing Messi this time out due to the international break but I’d still fancy them to beat Sporting KC.
It’s not just Messi that has transformed this team on his own, yes he has been absolutely huge for them, but the additions of Jordi Alba and Sergio Busquets have been huge for the Inter Miami side. Defensive stability and cover from Sergio Busquets in the midfield and a world class full back that can create many opportunities in Jordi Alba have often been the keys to success for the home side and even without Messi their style of play and confidence should be enough to take a win against Sporting KC.
11/10 seems like a fairly generous price for Inter Miami with them having the home advantage. Kansas City are also not the best team in the MLS with them only being 11th in the Western Conference so an Inter Miami win looks like good value at 11/10.
I may have just been signing Sergio Busquets' praises and for good reason, he has been solid in the midfield but this time we’ll be highlighting his statistics when it comes to fouls and cards.
Busquets is currently averaging 2.7 fouls per game for Inter Miami which is the most of any player in the squad by quite a distance. With someone averaging so many fouls you have to fancy them to be cautioned on multiple occasions by the referee which could ultimately end up in a yellow card.
With Messi not in the squad it’ll certainly be a lot tougher for the Inter Miami side but as mentioned previously we still fancy them to win. With no Messi though the players are going to have to work even harder and Busquets could see himself being warned with the lack of support from the attackers. He’s 7/4 to be carded and we’ll be backing that for this game.
