Football BTTS Acca Tips: 10/1 play for Saturday's 3pm action

BTTS, no, it’s not some drug that youth of today like to get high off, it’s both teams to score and our man @AnthonyEadson is back with four games where he thinks we will see the net bulge numerous times on Saturday.
It’s the FA Cup first round this weekend which means there’s no fixtures from League One and Two, however there’s a full card from the Championship and Premier League and I’ve picked out a both teams to score accumulator to accompany you with the 3pm games this Saturday as part of my football tips for BettingOdds.com.
The quadrant of selections currently is best priced with bet365 at around 10/1, although the Stoke-based bookmaker do offer a 10% bonus on accumulator winnings. This means that if all eight teams manage to get on the scoresheet, this bet will pay just under 12/1.
BTTS: Leeds v Palace, Birmingham v Bournemouth, Forest v Wycombe, Norwich v Swansea
It’s a real shame that in these most peculiar of times that we are living in, that we only now tend to have one game kicking off in the Premier League at 3pm on a Saturday. However this week, I think we should see a good game between Crystal Palace and Leeds and I’m fancying both teams to find the back of the net.
Despite losing 4-1 at home to Leicester on Monday evening, Marcelo Bielsa’s side have managed to score at least three goals in 43% of their Premier League fixtures this season. Yes that may only be three in seven games and be a relatively small sample, but we have seen some superb attacking football from the side who were absent from England’s top division for 16 years.
I think Leeds will fancy themselves against Palace who often perform poorly in the expected goals tables. Roy Hodgson’s side have scored in all their home league games so far this season and with Wilfried Zaha having scored five goals in seven games this season (more than he scored in all of the 19/20 season) they have the ability to cause Leeds serious problems in the final third.
Dropping down into the Championship and the first of three games I’ve opted for BTTS is Birmingham v Bournemouth. Here we have two teams who would have liked to start the season slightly better. After being relegated from the Premier League last season, Bournemouth have only won one of their last five league games. They may need time to adjust to the division but I think with their quality of player they should be looking to perform a lot better.
Since beating Brentford on the opening day of the season, Birmingham have won just two of their last nine in the Championship. Midweek Aitor Karanka’s side conceded two late goals to lose 2-1 to Wycombe at St Andrews. The Blues will be looking to bounce back and with quickly and with having scored in 80% of their home games this season I fancy them to get on the scoresheet against a Bournemouth side who have been far from convincing of late.
In Norwich and Swansea I believe we have two of the best sides in the Championship this season. The two pair off at Carrow Road this weekend and I’m expecting a good game from two sides who rank third and fourth for goals expected this season. This stat shows that both teams have created plenty going forward this term and I do think they will be there or thereabouts come May.
Swansea have seen both teams to score in all of their three most recent league games on the road. Norwich have also seen both teams to score in four of their six fixtures at Carrow road this season and one looks slightly overpriced in my opinion at 5/6 as a single.
The final selection making up this 10/1 accumulator is Nottingham Forest v Wycombe in the Midlands. I’ve been a little underwhelmed with Forest since Chris Hughton took over. The club have won two of their six games under the former Brighton manager with the second of those coming in a narrow 2-1 victory of Coventry on Wednesday night. Forest have scored in five of six under Hughton, though, and will fancy themselves against Wycombe.
Gareth Ainsworth has been watching on from his hospital bed of late but he will have been proud of his side in their recent performances which has seen them win back to back games. Wycombe have the opportunity to leapfrog Forest in the table and move out of the relegation zone on Saturday and with confidence high after two wins, I can see them putting in a big performance again on Saturday.
Best of luck to those following the selections this weekend. Enjoy the last domestic Saturday of football before the International break, please gamble responsibly.
