Football Accumulator Tips: 50/1 acca for Tuesday's League Cup

The Carabao Cup started with a solitary First Round game last Tuesday but we're now into the competition proper, with a full raft of matches over the next few evenings. The early rounds are on a regional basis with 'Northern' teams facing each other and the same down in the South. We've asked our acca-backer Adam Roberts to preview Tuesday night's action and give us a four-fold of value. It pays just over 50/1 due to bet365 Accumulator Bonus which gives us a 10% increase on our winnings.
Football Accumulator Tips
Grimsby vs Crewe - Crewe win
We start at Blundell Park with a northern section match between League Two rivals Grimsby Town and Crewe Alexandra. These two sides couldn't have had more differing seasons last year, with Grimsby being promoted via the National League play-offs and Crewe rock bottom and relegated from League One. Perhaps it shows the difference in quality between those two leagues with their respective starts this campaign. Crewe have won their first two and are sitting 2nd in the table, whereas Town have picked up a solitary point. The Mariners have a home advantage here but you would expect the Railwaymen to have the deeper squad for this second string competition having just come down from the 3rd tier.
Harrogate vs Stockport - Harrogate win
Another Northern section clash up next and again its an all League Two affair. The bookmakers installed Stockport as the early favourites to clinch back-to-back titles but it hasn't started like they would have hoped and instead they've sunken to back-to-back defeats and will have come as a reality check to the Hatters. Here they face a Harrogate Town side that had a superb 3-0 win on opening day against Swindon, before capitulating to the same result to Crewe last time out. However, with home advantage and up against a side low on confidence, the 13/5 on offer looks on the large side.
Morecambe vs Stoke - Stoke win
Our last Northern fixture comes from the Globe Arena and League One Morecambe hosting Championship side Stoke City. After a poor season last term where The Shrimps finished 19th, they have picked up just one point and find themselves down in the relegation spots having been walloped by Peterborough last time out. Here they take on second tier City, who picked up their first win of the season on Saturday, with a 2-0 home win over Blackpool. It's always hard to predict these games, where often the Championship side looks as this competition as a distraction and plays a second string side. However, I think the Potters will want to maintain the momentum from the weekend and should have too much for Derek Adams' men.
Cheltenham vs Exeter - Exeter win
Our last selection is from the Southern section and specifically Whaddon Road. Here we have an all League One match-up between newly promoted Exeter City and a Cheltenham Town side that finished in lower mid table last time and subsequently lost their Manager Michael Duff to Barnsley. New gaffer Wade Elliott has not had an encouraging start, losing consecutive games and are rooted towards the foot of the table. The Grecians meanwhile, have gone from strength to strength and are making the 3rd tier look easy, drawing with Lincoln away, before smashing fellow League One new boys Port Vale 4-0 on Saturday. I'm siding with momentum again here and am expecting Exeter to progress to the next round.
The four-fold pays a really tasty looking 50/1 and good luck to anyone following my selections.
