Football Accumulator Tips: 13/5 Championship Double for Tuesday evening

There may be a lack of top-flight football over the coming week or so due to the winter break in the Premier League, however there’s plenty for punters to get stuck into in the football league starting with a handful of fixtures from the Championship and Leagues one and two on Tuesday.
We’ve asked @AnthonyEadson to provide us with his best bets for the evening's action and he’s touting a double that currently pays 13/5 with bookmaker bet365.
Championship Tips
The first of two games I’ve focussed my attention on this Tuesday is Nottingham Forest to beat Barnsley at The City Ground. Lewis Grabban and Brennan Johnson found the net for Steve Cooper’s side in Saturday’s victory over Derby County and it’s now back-to-back wins for the home side on Tuesday.
Forest are just four points off the promotion places in eighth heading into this game and there’s no reason they can’t make it three straight wins against a Barnsley side who find themselves bottom of the Championship table.
Barnsley have amassed just 14 points all season scoring just 17 goals in 25 matches! The Tykes have failed to win in any of their 13 league matches on the road this season with four draws and nine losses.
Barnsley have taken three points from a possible 18 in their last six and with Forest having won four of their last six I think we’ll see a comfortable win for the home side here on the banks of the Trent.
It’s a Championship double on the cards here with my second selection being another of the home sides to win on Tuesday evening. Queens Park Rangers host Swansea in the capital with Mark Warburton’s men currently priced at 4/1 to achieve promotion this season after taking 47 points from their opening 26 games.
Only four sides are currently at a shorter price to return to the top-flight this season. The Rs have won four games on the bounce in the league with their latest triumph coming against Coventry as Albert Adomah gave them the winner in the 89th minute. There’s a chance that Rangers could go into second place in the standings should they win here and I’m surprised to see them priced at odds-against for the three points.
Swansea’s form away from home this season has been uninspiring and they rank 20th when looking at points picked up on the road. Despite a 1-0 win at the weekend over Preston and a point against Huddersfield prior to that I’m fancying a win for QPR at a generous looking 23/20.
I’ll be using bet365 for this double thanks to their early payout offer. For those who don’t know, the Stoke-based firm will pay you out should your team go two goals ahead at any point in the match and you can read more about it, including what leagues it applies to, here.
