Football Accumulator Tips: Four picks across two the European competitions

Thursday’s football contains a bunch of Europa League and Europa Conference to go at. As always we’ll be putting together a few selections to make an accumulator for Thursday’s action.
Juventus to beat Nantes
Nantes surprised everyone when they managed to secure a 1-1 draw away at Juventus last week. Juventus were big favourites for this game and were seemingly coasting to an easy victory, but they couldn’t finish a lot of their chances and Nantes capitalised on their lack of efficiency in front of goal.
Coming into this second leg Juventus are the favourites again but at a more attractive price of 4/5. Juve fans may not be filled with much confidence after their shaky performance in the first leg but ultimately they are still miles ahead of Nantes in terms of quality and if they take their chances properly this time, they can bury this tie in the early stages of the game.
Thankfully for Juventus fans, their team are exceptional away from home and have only lost one of their last seven away trips, Nantes on the other hand only have two wins in their last seven at home so they’ll definitely be up against it against Juve.
Man Utd to beat Barcelona
Manchester United proved to the world that they are not just another hype job last week when they managed to secure a 2-2 draw against Barcelona at Camp Nou. Man Utd were resilient and despite going 1-0 down showed some great attacking football after the early setback.
Going to Barcelona has been a tough task for many this year and in La Liga they have only conceded one goal at home this season, this should tell you just how impressive Man Utd’s performance was. Man Utd are enjoying a great home streak of their own at the moment with club not seeing defeat at Old Trafford for 17 games.
Going into the first game between these two, Barcelona were the odds-on favourites, this time it’s Man Utd who are the favourites and that I feel is mainly down to the performance they showed in the first leg. We’ll be backing them to win at around the 13/10 mark.
Monaco to beat Leverkusen
Monaco have been slowly gaining momentum this season and they put in a great shift to beat Bayer Leverkusen 3-2 in the first leg of this game. Now they’ll welcome the German side to the Stade Louis II.
Monaco have only suffered defeat once in their last 15 games and that has seen them rise all the way into third place in Ligue 1 which is just seven points off league leaders PSG. In their last three home games they have managed to score 13 goals, three of them were against PSG which shows you how good this team is at the moment.
When it comes to Leverkusen, they’re quite the opposite at the moment. They have only managed one win in their last five games, the rest have all been losses. Monaco have proved they can already beat this Leverkusen outfit and they’re a good price to do so again.
BTTS Union Berlin vs Ajax
The first leg between these two was fairly uneventful especially when you consider the attacking style of both of these teams. Ajax have been goal machines as of late scoring 13 goals in their last five games, before the first leg Union Berlin were also seeing a bunch of goals in their games with over 2.5 landing in all but one of their last eight.
Hopefully, with the 0-0 out of the way in the first leg, these two know enough about each other to find some goals. The stat that will fill BTTS backers with the most confidence is Ajax’s consistency in away games. They have managed to score in every single away game they’ve played this season and that includes opponents such as Liverpool and Napoli.
Union Berlin come in as the favourites for this one and they always do seem to get a goal at home, this sounds like a great play for BTTS, a bet that has landed in four of Berlin’s last five home games.
This also brings the accumulator to a whopping 16/23/1 with William Hill. This can also be boosted to 18.19/1 with their Acca Freedom offer.
