Football Accumulator Tips: Four selections for tonight's Europa League fixtures

The Europa League is back and we've got a number of big-name teams in action such as Manchester United, Barcelona, Juventus and Ajax. We've taken a look at the betting market for tonight and picked out a four-fold accumulator for the action.
Ajax to beat Union Berlin
Ajax might not be where they want in the league where they are three points off Feyenoord in first place but with their recent form they’re looking like the most likely team to win the Eredivisie. On the other hand, Union Berlin are loving life in the Bundesliga where they find themselves just one point off Bayern Munich at the top.
Despite this impressive spell from the German club, Ajax come in as the favourites for this one and we’ll be backing them to win at 11/10. Ajax are currently on a 10-game unbeaten run in all competitions and with them having the home advantage, 11/10 seems like a very generous price for a team like Ajax.
As impressive as Union Berlin have been this season, I think it’s a big ask for an away trip to Ajax on a European night. The squad lacks experience which is something the Ajax squad has in abundance. Ajax are a team that have had so many famous nights in Europe and with them being at the Johan Cruyff Arena, they should be fully up for this one.
Over 2.5 goals in Salzburg vs Roma
Whilst Mourinho may be thought of as more of a defensive-minded coach, his Roma side have shown they are more than capable of scoring a plethora of goals on a given night and with the tough away trip to Salzburg, we’ll be going with the over 2.5 goals market in this one.
It really is tough to predict what you’re going to get from Roma, recently they lost 2-1 at home to Cremonese who are a team that are yet to pick up a league win all season but the three games before that, they won all of them to nil.
In this season’s Europa League campaign, over 2.5 goals has landed in all of Roma’s game whether it is in their favour or not, it bodes well for over 2.5 backers this game. Salzburg are also no stranger to goals with their last two Europa Games having over 2.5 goals land.
Man Utd or draw vs Barcelona
Erik Ten Haag has finally got this Manchester United team clicking and despite some unfortunate results against Crystal Palace and Leeds recently, this team looks completely revitalised under the Dutchman and they have a huge Europa League tie against Barcelona up.
I think most of us expected Barcelona to be good this season with their transfer window activity but what is currently happening has blown most people’s expectations. Barcelona have lost just one game all season and have only conceded seven goals in 21 games.
Whilst I do think Barcelona should be the favourite for this one, Manchester United seem too big a price at 18/5 to win. Whilst my confidence isn’t 100% in them winning, the double chance market still provides a good price at 11/10 for Man Utd or draw.
Juventus to beat Nantes
Finishing off the accumulator is a fairly short-priced selection but it does boost the odds for the acca a fair bit. Juventus will host Nantes to kick off their Europa League campaign after they suffered a shock exit in the group stages of the Champions League.
Juventus suffered a points deduction in the Serie A this season which has brought them down to 9th place in the league. Despite the agonising points deduction, Juventus have remained in good form and they’ll be most likely taking the Europa League very seriously as it gives them a chance to qualify for the Champions League.
Nantes are currently in 13th in the Ligue 1 table and unfortunately for Nantes fans, they’re up against it in this one. Juventus are still a very solid team and if it wasn’t for the points deduction, they’d most likely be competing for the Serie A title once again. This game will also be played at the Allianz Stadium and it’d be a major upset if Nantes walk away with something here.
This also finishes off our accumulator which is currently priced at 12.69/1 and can be boosted to 14.14/1 with William Hill’s acca freedom offer.
