Sam Gallagher is out injured for Rovers and penalty-taker Szmodics can bag his seventh of the season against a Coventry side who have shipped nine across their last five matches.
Manchester City faced Red Bull Leipzig in the Champions League Round-of-16 back in February. City came out on top 8-2 winners on aggregate, with Erling Haaland managing an incredible five-goal haul when last faced off in the second-leg. After drawing a blank against Wolves last weekend he will be hungry to end what for him, can be classed as a barren run.
RB Leipzig have been one of Haaland’s most enjoyable teams to play against in his short career, having scored more goals against them than any other opponent. In total, the Norwegian has faced Leipzig six times and has fired home 11 goals across those matches.
The final leg of this treble arrives in the form of Kylian Mbappe finding the net against Newcastle. The PSG Frenchman has scored 41 goals across 62 appearances in this competition and relishes those big occasions. We feel PSG are being overlooked a little in the markets for this clash and combining Mbappe with Haaland and Szmodics takes us up to a very backable 16/1 on Wednesday.
