Football Accumulator Tips: Maguire to hit the target in 18/1 Acca

The international break may be drawing to a close, but punters still have a range of Euro 2024 qualifiers and friendlies to get their teeth stuck into on Tuesday evening, with Scotland against England taking centre stage. You can find a full preview of the game along with two eye-catching tips here, but below we’ve assembled our favourite fancies into an acca which pays 18/1 with Paddy Power.
Tuesday Acca Tips
Harry Maguire 1+ Shot on Target vs Scotland
We are expecting plenty of set-pieces on Tuesday at Hampden Park as Scotland face England on the 150th anniversary of the oldest fixture in international football. He may not be favoured for Manchester United at the moment but Harry Maguire remains part of Gareth Southgate’s plans and we are kicking off this 18/1 acca by backing him to land one or more shots on target.
Every set-piece routine for England seems to revolve around Harry Maguire getting on the end of things and he recorded three shots against Ukraine on Saturday with one of those hitting the target. In total, Maguire has scored seven goals for England in just 58 appearances and after nine shots across his last four internationals, we fancy him to be a threat on the Scotland goal from corners and free-kicks.
Oleksander Zinchenko 1+ Shot on Target vs Italy
Ukraine put in a strong performance in their 1-1 draw with England on Saturday and will be hopeful of taking at least a point off Italy, with the Azzurri failing to see off North Macedonia on Saturday.
For those who aren’t aware, Oleksandr Zinchenko often takes up a more attacking role for his country than he does when featuring for his club side. The Arsenal man found the net against England last weekend, taking his international goal tally to nine. Zinchenko can often be on penalty and free-kick duty for his national side and looks a generous price with Betfair at 11/5 to record one or more shots on target against an Italy side who have underperformed of late.
Erling Haaland Anytime Scorer vs Georgia
Erling Haaland was an unused substitute for Norway in their friendly against Jordan a few days ago, where Stale Solbakken’s side came out 6-0 winners. Haaland should therefore be fresh for this Euro 2024 qualifier with Georgia on Tuesday and will be eager to add to his tally of three goals in two matches so far in this campaign.
Norway sit third in Group A, two points behind Spain and 11 behind leaders Scotland. Picking up a result against Georgia is a must and after 24 goals in 24 International starts, it would be no surprise to see Haaland find the net on a couple of occasions.
