Everton vs Tottenham Prediction, Lineups and Odds: 3/1 shout at Goodison

David Moyes will hope it's second time lucky at Goodison Park this afternoon following Everton's midweek defeat at home to Aston Villa. The Toffees may well fancy their chances against a completely out-of-sorts Tottenham, who are enduring their own difficult patch right now, but they too will be eying up all three points in this fixture.
Diarmuid Geaney has scanned the betting markets and provided his best bets for the game, which kicks-off at 2pm.
Everton vs Tottenham Predictions
Inconsistency has been a major issue for Tottenham this season. They followed up a massive win against Liverpool in the Carabao Cup with a draw in normal time against non-league side Tamworth and a loss to arch-rivals Arsenal midweek. It's worth noting that they did end up beating Tamworth 3-0 after extra time, further highlighting their inconsistency this season.
However, I still expect them to beat Everton this weekend. Although Moyes will be desperate to pick up his first win since returning to Everton, this Tottenham side just has too much quality in them. In their most recent game against each other, the Spurs cruised past Everton with a 4-0 victory. Though I expect this one to be a tighter game, Tottenham should still be able to pick up all three points.
I am pairing this prediction with the tip of both teams to score in the game. A lot has been said about Everton's lack of goalscoring at the minute, and rightfully so. The Toffees have only scored one goal in their last six matches. However, I still think they can nick one in this game. Tottenham's defence has been leaky all season and that doesn't show any signs of stopping. With young midfielder Archie Gray now playing as a makeshift centre-back, along with new young goalkeeper Antonin Kinksy looking nervy to say the least against Arsenal, this is the perfect chance for Everton to end their current goal drought.

For my next prediction, I am backing Heung-Min Son to find the net in this one.
When at his best, the Korean winger is one of the best players in the league. However, he hasn't played anywhere near to his full potential this season. Son has only scored six league goals this season, which is nowhere near his usual level of efficiency.
He did score in his latest game against Arsenal midweek which could do him the world of good. Son is a player who seems to hit unbelievable purple patches when he is confident and at his best. A goal against North London rivals Arsenal could give him the confidence needed to go on a good spell of form.
Son also scored two goals against Everton earlier this season, and backing him to find the net again this weekend seems like a decent bet.
Everton vs Tottenham Lineups
David Moyes has confirmed that the following five players are out of Sunday's game: Armando Broja, Dwight McNeil, Tim Iroegbunam, Seamus Coleman, and Youssef Chermiti.
The fitness of Tottenham duo Brennan Johnson and Yves Bissouma is up in the air, but Timo Werner, Rodrigo Bentancur, Micky van de Ven, Cristian Romero, and Destiny Udogie are all ruled out.
The lineups for Everton vs Tottenham will be displayed in the graphic below as soon as they have been announced.
