Chelsea vs. Everton Betting Tips: Best Bets From Stamford Bridge

Chelsea face Everton on Saturday tea-time in the Premier League and we’ve put together our two best bets for the occasion which we think represent good value in the betting markets. Read more below.
Both sets of fans will be disappointed how their domestic campaigns have developed this season. Graham Potter’s Chelsea have hopefully turned a bit of a corner with three wins in their last three, and with a Champions League quarter-final ahead next month, they still have an outside chance of some silverware.
After defeats against Aston Villa and Arsenal without scoring Sean Dyche demanded more from his players and since then they managed a 2-2 draw on the road at Nottingham Forest, before a 1-0 home win over Brentford last weekend. That victory has taken Everton to 15th in the league standings but they remain just one point above the relegation zone.

First up at Stamford Bridge we are backing Everton midfielder Dwight McNeil to commit 1+ foul. At the time of writing 5/6 is available with Paddy Power or the Betfair Sportsbook.
66% of the fouls McNeil has committed this season in the Premier League have been since Sean Dyche was appointed Everton manager at the end of January.. With potential instructions from Dyche to break up the game more and really put himself on the line, McNeil has given away eight fouls across his last five matches with totals of 3,2,1,0,2. Considering how desperate Everton are to pick up points at the moment 5/6 looks a backable price with McNeil’s last five matches in mind.
The other selection we like the look of here is for James Tarkowski to concede 2+ fouls in the game. Another of Sean Dyche’s’ former players from at Burnley, Tarkowski is a key part of the Toffee’s defence and is just the type of player Dyche will relish having in a relegation battle.
Paddy Power go 9/4 that Tarkowski will commit 2+ fouls against Chelsea and only Amadou Onana has given away more for Everton this season than the central defender. In 10 of his last 11 league matches Tarkowski has conceded 1+ foul and in three of his last five he has given away 2+.
