BTTS Tips: 6/1 four-fold for Wednesday's Champions League fixtures
The second day of the Champions League is this Wednesday and we thought we’d try our luck at the both teams to score market for the midweek fixtures. Below we’ve picked out our three best bets for the BTTS market and combined them all into one accumulator.
Both Teams To Score Tips
Bayern vs Man Utd
Whilst the whole world believes this one be a one-sided beatdown for the Bayern Munich boys, the stats do suggest this could be a lot closer than it seems. Bayern Munich haven’t been overly solid at the back at the start of this season and considering this is a league in which they should be lifting the trophy every year, it’s worrying to see them concede so much.
BTTS has landed in Bayern’s last three games which is 75% of their league games this season. I do think they’ll win this one with Man Utd showing no signs of being a complete team so far but with their tendency to score and Man Utd being more than capable of scoring, I think this is a great bet for both teams scoring.
Arsenal vs PSV
Both teams here are yet to taste defeat this season which should make for a very exciting clash at the Emirates. The betting sites are siding with Arsenal to win this one due to the home advantage and them putting in a solid run in a much more competitive league but you’d be a fool to write off PSV.
PSV have scored a staggering 18 goals in their last five games which should give Arsenal fans something to think about. Arsenal have also conceded in every match they’ve played at the Emirates this season which makes the BTTS bet look even more appealing. Arsenal should definitely be getting on the scoresheet and it’d be absurd to not see them score at home but don’t expect PSV to let the occasion get to them.
Braga vs Napoli
This is a game that should contain a lot of goals. Napoli are more than partial to a shed load of goals in their games with their recent results reading 2-2, 1-2, 2-0, 1-3, 2-0. The same can be said for Braga who have seen nine goals in their last two games.
Both teams to score has actually landed in Braga’s last three home games which is where this game will be played, you have to go 8 games back to see the last time they failed to score at home which is a positive sign for BTTS backers. For Napoli they have struggled a bit on the road but have still scored in all of their away trips this season. With Braga being right up for this at home and Napoli coming into this with a great scoring record, we’ll be siding with both teams finding the back of the net.
Real Sociedad vs Inter Milan
Finally we’ve got Sociedad vs Inter Milan which should be a very interesting game. Inter Milan are bang in form at the moment and you’d have to say they’re the favourites to win the Serie A this season. Inter have four wins from four this season and have scored 13 goals in those four games whilst only conceding one, they’ve only had one away trip this season where they won 2-0.
Real Sociedad would have hoped for a better start to the season but their record at home has been solid so far. They’re yet to face defeat at the Reale Arena and both teams scoring as landed in all three of their home games. Their most recent home game saw Sociedad score five goals and concede three, if that’s anything to go off, both teams to score looks like great value.
If we add all these bets together we’re left with a 6.19/1 accumulator with William Hill. For those following along, best of luck! And make sure to gamble responsibly.
