BTTS Tips: Side with these eight teams to score on Saturday
This weekend is full of some exciting fixtures but we’ll be focussing on Saturday’s 3pm kick-offs this time and more specifically, the BTTS market for these games. We’ve taken a look at the stats to pick out our best picks for the both teams to score market and combined them all into one accumulator.
Both Teams To Score Tips
Arsenal vs Sheff Utd
Now it may seem crazy to be backing Sheff Utd to score away at the Emirates but we’re backing this for good reason. Arsenal have had both teams to score land in 80% of their home games this season in the Premier League, the one game where the other team failed to score was surprisingly Manchester City recently.
Arsenal have proved they are shaky at the back and although I expect them to win this game, they have a worrying trend of conceding at home and expect Sheff Utd to try and expose that. The Blades have scored in three of their four away trips in the league so this one could get interesting.
Hull vs Preston
Hull host Preston in our next selection and we fancy both teams to get on the scoresheet in this one. Hull are the second best team in the league to back for the BTTS market and more importantly they have had BTTS land in 5/6 of their home games.
More often than not Preston are scoring in their away trips with them only failing to score in just one of those this season. Both teams are doing pretty well in the Championship this season and with them both conceding a lot of goals recently, BTTS looks like a great play.
Bolton vs Charlton
Here we've got two teams in action that just scream goals. Both teams are at the top of the table for BTTS in their games with both having the bet land in 9/13 of their games so far (69%). Bolton come in as the favourites for this one and it'd be a huge upset to not even register a goal here and when you pair that with Charlton having scored in four of their last five away games, we could have a great bet for both teams scoring.
Charlton are also in great form at the moment and they could really test Bolton here. Expect a really close game with both teams likely to be on the scoresheet.
Notts County vs Wrexham
And finally we're down to what should be a stunner of a game in League Two. Notts County host Wrexham and it's 3rd vs 2nd where the winner will be hoping to close the gap on Stockport County at the top. Both teams have been full of goals this season and we'll be hoping for a thriller which results in both teams scoring.
At home Notts County have been a BTTS backers dream with 86% of their matches seeing the bet be settled as a winner. Notts County have conceded 10 goals in their last five home games so it shows how leaky their defence is. Wrexham are in their position in the league for a reason and they will be sure to expose Notts County's defensive issues and like we said previously, this should be a stunner of a game.
Combining these four picks together we're left with a 7.28/1 accumulator with William Hill!
