BTTS Tips: 10 teams we think will score on Saturday
The international break has come to an end and club football returns this weekend. We’ve got a plethora of high-stakes games this weekend but we’ll be focussing on the 3pm kick-offs for Saturday and more specifically, the both teams to score market for these fixtures. We’ll be picking out our best bets for the BTTS market and combining them into an accumulator.
Both teams to score tips
Man City vs Brighton
Starting us off is a game that will surely include goals. Manchester City vs Brighton, two teams that love to attack and we’ll be backing both of them to score this weekend. Brighton have had both teams scoring in 100% of their games this season in the Premier League and Man City have had it land in 50% of their games.
When it comes to these two playing each other, both teams have scored in four of their last five meetings with the most recent being a 1-1 draw. Everything here points to both teams getting on the scoresheet and this will start off our picks for Saturday.
Brentford vs Burnley
Brentford host Burnley in the next game on our both teams to score acca and we’re hoping for an end-to-end game here. Brentford have not had a good start to their 23/24 campaign in the slightest and are winless in their last five games, regardless of that, more often than not they are on the scoresheet.
Brentford have had BTTS land in 80% of their league games this season and we’ll be backing it again. They come in as the favourites for this one and they are more than capable of scoring against Burnley but with how shaky they’ve been at the back, I think Burnley can knick a goal or two.
Bristol City vs Coventry
Here we have the current kings of the BTTS market in the Championship in action, Coventry. They have seen the bet land in 73% of their league games this season and more importantly, it’s landed in 100% of their away trips this season.
Bristol City have also been performing well for BTTS backers with 67% of their games seeing both teams find the back of the net. Considering both teams have a knack for scoring but both have a problem of keeping the goals out, I think this is a great pick for BTTS.
Exeter vs Wigan
A trip down to League One next and we’ve got Exeter vs Wigan to look forward to. Wigan are the joint-best team in League One to back for BTTS, with the bet clicking in 73% of their games this season
They’re the best team to back for BTTS when they’re on the road in their league with 71% of their away days having both teams scoring. Exeter have been shaky recently having lost three of their last five home games but they’ve still scored in three of those. Both teams are struggling for form and are desperate for wins, expect this to be a close game with both teams scoring.
Gillingham vs Notts County
And finally, we have a League Two clash between Gillingham and Notts County. Again we’ve sided with a game that features the league leaders for the BTTS market where Notts County have had a whopping 11 out of their 13 matches finish with the bet landing.
Gillingham have seen the bet land in 50% of their home games which is where this will be played. This should be a great game and could go either way but one thing we’re hoping will happen is both teams scoring, something that has happened in four of Gillingham’s last five games.
Adding all these selections together we’re left with a 10.54/1 acca with William Hill. For those following along please make sure to gamble responsibly and best of luck!
