BTTS Accumulator Tips
Newcastle vs Southampton
Southampton return to the Premier League with a trip to St James’ Park to face Newcastle and the Saints can at least get on the scoresheet.
Newcastle have a reputation for saving their best for games on Tyneside, but the Magpies have won only four of their last ten Premier League home matches and they may not be as dominant against the Saints as the prices suggest.
There were 71 goals in Newcastle's 19 home Premier League games last term and we feel both sides can find the net on Saturday.
Everton vs Brighton
It’s been a tricky summer for Everton, who lost key midfielder Amadou Onana to Aston Villa and defender Ben Godfrey to Atalanta.
The Toffees have off-the-field issues, while Brighton remain a progressive and stable outfit, despite the exit of Roberto de Zerbi.
The Seagulls scored 55 top-flight goals last term and they can contribute to an entertaining Goodison Park clash.
Norwich vs Blackburn
Blackburn got their Championship campaign off to a flying start with a 4-2 victory over Derby and then hammered Stockport 6-1 in the EFL Cup on Tuesday night.
John Eustace’s free-scoring side head to Norwich full of confidence and they should be able to find the net. Norwich were involved in a ding-dong 4-3 battle with Stevenage on Tuesday evening and the Canaries have plenty of attacking talent at their disposal.
There should be action at both ends at Carrow Road, in a game each side will feel they can win, and it could end in a high-scoring contest.
Sheffield Utd vs QPR
QPR were beaten 3-1 by West Brom at Loftus Road on the opening day, but the Hoops' general play was pretty strong in that Championship contest and Rangers picked up a confidence-boosting 2-1 victory at Cambridge in the EFL Cup on Tuesday.
Martí Cifuentes has adopted an open and progressive style, and while that helps QPR in the final third, the Hoops will be vulnerable at the back against a strong Sheffield United side.
The Blades have hit six goals in their two matches this season and Chris Wilder’s men are likely to be a serious force in the second-tier this term.
