BTTS Accumulator Tips
Rangers vs Motherwell
Games between Rangers and Motherwell at Ibrox have tended to produce goals at both ends of the field, including the 2-1 win for the Light Blues in their last meeting.
BTTS has landed in six of the last eight encounters between these sides at Ibrox Stadium and we expect both sides to find the back of the net again on Saturday afternoon.
Ross County vs Dundee United
The goals also tend to fly in when Ross County and Dundee United lock horns and we believe that trend will continue this weekend.
Ross County ran out 3-1 winners the last time these sides met in May 2023, while five of the previous seven games between these clubs have seen both teams score.
Bearing in mind eight goals have been scored in their last two meetings in the Scottish Premiership, Ross County v Dundee United makes the cut for this BTTS acca.
Dundee vs Hearts
Seven of the last nine games between Dundee and Heart of Midlothian have ended with both teams getting on the scoresheet.
Across their four Premiership meetings last season, no less than 14 goals were scored, so there’s every reason why Dundee and Hearts can both find the back of the net at Dens Park this weekend.
Manchester United vs Manchester City
Turning our attention south of the border, there will be plenty of interest in the action at Wembley Stadium, as rivals Manchester City and Manchester United go head-to-head in the Community Shield.
These sides played in the final domestic game of last season in the FA Cup final, with Erik ten Hag’s Red Devils stunning Pep Guardiola’s City with a 2-1 victory thanks to goals from Alejandro Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo.
Both teams scoring in that final continued the trend of a BTTS bet landing in this fixture between City and United, with six of the last seven meetings between the rivals ending with both sides getting on the scoresheet.
With four of the last five Community Shields seeing both sides get on the scoresheet, this season curtain-raiser tends to provide goals at both ends at Wembley.
We expect that trend to continue as these clubs battle for the first silverware of the season and the bragging rights that will go along with it.
