Mason Mount has had a torrid experience since switching Chelsea for Manchester United. The attacking midfielder only managed 514 Premier League minutes in his first season for the club, having already played 61 in last week's 1-0 win over Fulham. The Red Devils' #7 met this line last week and is perfectly capable of opening up a Brighton defence who conceded only one shot fewer than they mustered at Goodison Park.
Captain Bruno Fernandes and five other top flight players struck three shots on target during gameweek 1 of the new campaign. Only Eberechi Eze let off more than Bruno's six efforts towards the away goal on Friday night, making him a necessary inclusion into our shots on target bet builder.
Kaoru Mitoma was another of that sextet who registered three shots on target, doing so from four total efforts. The highly technical winger only made 19 PL appearances last term, down from 33 in his debut season, including absence during this exact fixture. If he can stay fit and produce similar levels to his first outing in England, he'll be a key asset for Fabian Hurzeler's side.
Finally, Danny Welbeck doubled the score on 58 minutes at Goodison Park last Saturday with a tidy left-footed finish inside the 18-yard box. The former Man United striker, when fit, is a serious danger to almost any Premier League defence, and certainly enjoys revisiting his old teams; producing five goals versus United and four when facing Arsenal.
