Brighton vs. Liverpool Betting Tips: 5/1 Bet Builder for FA Cup clash

Live on ITV, Brighton host Liverpool in this FA Cup fourth round at the Amex Stadium on Sunday (1.30pm).
Tipster Wizard has previewed the cup clash and provided his two best bets...
Brighton are having a fantastic season so far, sitting 6th in the premier league table with a game in hand over the teams above them.
They hammered Middlesbrough 5-1 away from home in the third round of this competition and also thumped Liverpool 3-0 at the Amex just two weeks ago in the Premier League so confidence will be high going into this game.
As for visitors, after conceding a goal in nine consecutive games in all competitions, Liverpool have finally managed to keep a clean sheet in their last two games against Wolves and Chelsea.
Jurgen Klopp’s men still sit 9th in the league table and looked disjointed in their 0-0 draw against Chelsea.
They will have to raise their game considerably if they are to leave the Amex stadium with a win to secure a spot in the fifth round of the FA Cup. Liverpool have only beaten Brighton once in their last six head-to-head meetings so expect another close encounter which could go either way.
An exciting cup clash awaits us, and as usual I have you covered with two of my best betting angles below:
Team News:
Jakub Moder, Levi Colwill and Caicedo are out for Brighton while Adam Lallana is doubtful.
Virjil Van Dijk, Luis Diaz, Diogo Jota, Arthur & Roberto Firmino are out for Liverpool.
Brighton possible starting lineup:
Sanchez; Veltman, Dunk, Webster, Estupinan; Gilmour, Gross, Mac Allister; March, Mitoma, Ferguson
Liverpool possible starting lineup:
Kelleher; Alexander-Arnold, Gomez, Konate, Robertson; Thiago, Bajcetic, Henderson; Salah, Nunez, Gakpo
Brighton vs Liverpool Tips
- Bet Builder @ 3/4 with bet365 - see selections below
- Longshot Bet Builder @ 5/1 with bet365 - see selections below
Bet Builder @ 3/4
- Solly March Over 0.5 shots in the match
- Darwin Nunez Over 1.5 shots in the match
- Liverpool Over 0.5 offsides in the match
Solly March is averaging the most shots for Brighton in the Premier League (2.1) and had four shots against Liverpool two weeks ago at the Amex Stadium.
Darwin Nunez is averaging four shots per game in the Premier League for Liverpool and has had at least two shots in all 14 starts this season.
As for the final selection, Liverpool have been caught offside at least once in their last eight consecutive games in all competitions, including a combined 10 times in their last two games.
Combining these three selections gives us a solid Bet Builder @ 3/4 and I am happy to stake 1pt on that as our main bet for this game.
Longshot Bet Builder @ 5/1
- Solly March Over 1.5 shots in the match
- Darwin Nunez Over 2.5 shots in the match
- Liverpool Over 1.5 offsides in the match
Following on from our main bet, I am going for the higher lines here.
Solly March is well capable of high shot numbers as seen in the previous meeting between these two where he hit four shots.
Nunez hit at least three shots in all 10 premier league starts and Liverpool getting caught offside fairly frequently in recent weeks.
At 5/1, I’m happy to stake a small 0.25pt on this as our 2nd bet for this game.
Best of luck if you follow these selections. Please always gamble responsibly.
