Braga vs Real Madrid Betting Tips: Joselu to fire Real Madrid to glory
Real Madrid make the away trip to Braga this Tuesday in the Champions League and the Spanish giants come in as huge favourites to win this one. We've taken a look at the betting market for the game and picked out our two best bets for the action.
Braga vs Real Madrid Tips
As we previously mentioned, Real Madrid are big favourites for this one coming in at around the 4/9 mark to win this game. With them being such a short price to win I think it’s best to look at the goalscorer market to try and find some value in the game.
Joselu is Real Madrid’s second-highest scorer this season with five goals to his name, only being outdone by Jude Bellingham who is in the form of his life at the moment. Joselu is yet to hit the mark in the Champions League but we’ll be backing him to do so at 6/4 against Braga.
The bookmakers are certain Real Madrid will be scoring a few goals and with that in mind, their current main striker, Joselu, should be among the goals. Real Madrid are flying at the moment only facing one defeat in the league this season, they also won their sole away trip in Europe this season 3-2 against Napoli proving they are more than capable of scoring on the road.
6/4 seems a good bet for Real Madrid’s main striker to score considering how favoured they are in this matchup.
Next up we’re moving to the player to be carded market and I think we can get some decent value in Serdar Saatci to be carded. The youngster is averaging two fouls per game so far this season which is the most in the current Braga squad.
He has also seen a yellow card in three of his four league matches and has also been carded in one of his two Champions League matches this season. The 20-year-old plays as the central defender for Braga and with him being tasked with defending the relentless pressure from the La Liga leaders, he very well could see his name in the books yet again.
Real Madrid are expected to have the majority of the ball this game and will also most likely have more goalscoring chances. With that in mind, it’s going to be a busy night for Saatci and with his record for being cautioned, 21/10 seems like a great bet for him to be carded.
That will also do it for our two bets for this one, if you are following along best of luck and please make sure to gamble responsibly.
