Arsenal vs Tottenham Prediction, Lineups and Odds: 6/1 goalscorer fancy at the Emirates tonight

Arsenal vs Tottenham is just around the corner as the North London rivals go toe-to-toe at the Emirates in an hour's time, live on TNT Sports 1.
Tipster Wizard has analysed the capital showdown and picked out his two top bets for the action, including a tempting 6/1 shot in the anytime goalscorer market, which landed in last weekend's match between Arsenal and Man United.
Arsenal vs Tottenham Predictions
Heading into the midweek fixtures, Arsenal sit second in the Premier League table with 40 points, six behind the league leaders Liverpool who also have a game in hand.
After an impressive run of 13 games unbeaten in all competitions, the Gunners went down 2-0 to Newcastle in the first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final at the Emirates, before being knocked out of the FA Cup this past weekend by Manchester United on penalties at the same venue.
Although they are creating chances, a lack of killer instinct in the box combined with injuries to key players have seen them score just two goals in their last three games. With Saka, Nwaneri and Gabriel Jesus all now out, it could be a tricky task going into this all important North London Derby.
As for Tottenham, they are having a fairly disappointing season, currently sitting 12th in the league table with just 24 points after 20 games and winning just once in their last six games inside 90 minutes.
Having beaten Liverpool 1-0 at home in the first leg of the Carabao Cup, expectations were high going into their FA Cup tie against Tamworth but they were held to a 0-0 draw by the Non-League part-time side in what was one of the biggest shocks of the weekend. Their Premier League quality did show in extra-time as they went through as 3-0 winners but the performance was hardly inspiring.
They have taken a total of just one point in their last four visits to the Emirates Stadium and were beaten 1-0 back at home by the Gunners earlier this season.
However, Ange Postecoglu’s men are facing their North London rivals at the perfect time with their star man Bukayo Saka out and their form dipping with no wins in their last three games in all competitions.
There have been a total of 19 goals in the last four meetings between these two sides at the Emirates Stadium, averaging 3.8 goals per game and we could be in for another entertaining clash despite a number of key men missing.
Pedro Porro is averaging 2.2 tackles per game in his 17 starts in the Premier League this season.
He will be up against Gabriel Martinelli who loves dribbling past his opponents and the last time these two faced each other earlier this season, Porro racked up four tackles. On his last visit to the Emirates Stadium, he registered a huge five tackles and I can comfortably see him clearing the “Over 1.5 tackles” line here.
As for Declan Rice, he is averaging 1.5 tackles per game in his 16 starts in the Premier League this season. Considering Tottenham are averaging the most tackles drawn out of their opponents per game (21.4), Rice is a solid shout to rack up just one tackle. The last time he came up against Tottenham, he registered a huge five tackles and he will be in the heart of Arsenal’s midfield looking to stop Tottenham’s attacks. He has committed at least one tackle in both his meetings for Arsenal against Tottenham and this trend should continue here.
Arsenal vs Tottenham Betting Offers
Check out the various bookmaker betting offers for tonight's clash:
We backed Gabriel Magalhaes to score in the FA Cup third round against Manchester United this past weekend at a huge price of 17/2 and he duly obliged by getting us a huge winner.
Gabriel has been Arsenal’s biggest threat from set pieces and even though the price has understandably shortened to 6/1 there is still enough value to back this considering how vulnerable Tottenham have been from set pieces this season.
He has scored five goals in all competitions already this season, and also scored the winning goal against Tottenham from a corner in the reverse fixture earlier this term. With the likes of Saka and Jesus out, set pieces will be hugely important for Arsenal in this game and Gabriel is still a decent price to hit the back of the net.
Best of luck if you follow these selections. Please always gamble responsibly.
