Tangobet Sign Up Offer: Bet £20 Get £20 in Free Bets
Tangobet only launched their betting site in 2024, operating from their headquarters in Malta. They’re owned by Aspire Global, real veterans of the betting industry and offer a Sportsbook, casino and Live Casino on the same website.
Tangobet Sign up Offer Explained
The Tangobet sign up offer here is one of the more standard ones you’ll see at Sportsbooks these days, where depositing and placing a qualifying bet for £20 will see you rewarded with a Tangobet free bet for the same amount, with the added bonus of there being no wagering requirements on winnings from the free bet.
Step By Step Guide on How to Claim the Tangobet Sign-Up Offer
As with every bonus, there are certain important steps you need to follow to get it and the Tangobet welcome offer is no different. So here’s what you need to do.
- Follow any of the links on this page or in any other area of the Betting Odds website to the Tangobet site.
- Click on the big white Join button.
- Follow the sign up process that involves providing an email address, username and password plus your personal details.
- Make a deposit using any payment method you like, such Paysafe, Visa or Trustly.
- Place a qualifying bet for at least £20 on any sports bet of your choice as long as it’s at odds of 1.8 or higher, also making sure that it’ settled within 14 days of being placed.
- Make sure that the bet is either a single or a straight acca and not a special bet like a trixie. Also ensure that you don’t Cash Out your bet or else you won’t receive the Tangobet new customer offer.
- Use your free bet within 14 days of being awarded it or else it will expire.
- Use your free bet on any sports event you like and in any way you like, as long as it’s at odds of 1.8 or higher. Profits from the free bet will be paid to you and don’t have any wagering requirements; but the stake won’t be returned to you if the Tangobet welcome bonus wins.

Tangobet Welcome Offer Terms & Conditions
We’ve covered some of the terms and conditions in the instructions above but here’s a reminder of some of the key ones.
- Both the £20 qualifying bet and the £20 free bet must be placed as a single or acca at odds of 1.8 or higher.
- The qualifying bet must be placed as a one-off bet that isn’t split into several bets; the free bet must also be used in one go.
- Neither the qualifying bet nor the free bet can bet Cashed Out.
- The free bet must be placed within 14 days of being credited to your account and both the free bet and the qualifying bet must be settled within 14 days of being struck.
- Only winnings from the free bet will be returned to you, not the £20 stake.
- A customer can only claim one £20 free bet as a welcome offer.
Do you Require a Promo Code to Claim your Tangobet Sign-Up Offer?
No, there is no Tangobet promo code that needs to be entered for you to claim the bonus; it’s all automatic. However if you don’t want to claim the free bet you can contact Customer Service and request for it not to be awarded to you.
Tangobet Existing Customer Promotions and Regular Free Bet Offers
Almost all bookies, both the established ones and the new betting sites have ongoing promos beyond the welcome offer and Tangobet is no different, although at present they only have two to speak of. Here’s what you can get.
Boosted Odds
This is a very popular one at many betting sites so it’s no surprise that they’re running it, too.
In the case of Tangobet, the Sportsbook will boost the odds on a few high-profile events every day, mostly on football. The day we checked the site, they were mostly boosting the odds of players being first goalscorer, scoring a goal anytime or scoring two or more in that day’s Champions League matches. For example, the price on Vinicius Junior of Real Madrid scoring two or more goals was boosted from 2.6 to 3.2, which is quite a significant increase. Extra winnings secured by the boost are not subject to wagering requirements.
Tangobet Acca Boost
Another popular promo at lots of betting sites. Here they encourage you to add extra selections to your acca with the promise of each extra selection adding more to your payout, should the acca win. So having a 4-fold rather than a 3-fold will result in an extra 4% paid out, an 8-fold will see you get paid out 20% more, with the maximum being an extra 77% if you have an acca with 15 selections in it. Each selection has to be at odds of at least 1.5.

Tangobet Key Sportsbook Features: What Makes Signing Up Worthwhile?
What makes signing up and playing at Tangobet worth your time and money when there are hundreds of other bookies out there? Here are some of the site’s best features.
Cross-sport Bet Builder
We all know about Bet Builders that allow you to combine selections from the same match into one acca, normally for football. But did you know that at Tangobet you can have a Bet Builder for seven sports other than football? Or that you can have a Bet Builder that you can then add selections from other sports to? Now you do know; and this is a rare feature that Tangobet are offering here.
Great for Esports betting
Some may argue that Esports aren’t sports at all but betting on them has become more popular by the week and if you like doing so, Tangobet might be the place for you. They offer markets for the likes of Call of Duty, Counter Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and many more, with a great selection of pre-match and in-play markets, both Outrights and specific to a one-off match.
Every football market you could want
There are hundreds of markets on offer for any major football match, including all the main ones like match winner, over/under 2.5 goals, correct score and asian handicap. But also tons of stats-based ones and player props such as players to score anytime, to score two or three goals, or to provide an assist; so you really do have endless choice, if it’s football betting you like.
Serious about Responsible Gambling
It’s vital that your Sportsbook provides information about the importance of Responsible Gambling (RG) and that they explain how the different RG tools work. Such as setting deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, as well as providing links to charities and support groups that can help you if you feel you have a gambling problem. Thankfully, Tangobet provide all of this.
Cash Out rather than miss out
Cash Out is a valuable tool that allows you to secure a profit on a bet rather than being in a great position for it to win, only for bad luck to intervene and mean you end up with nothing. It can also be used to recover some of your stake on bets that are likely to lose, though Cashing Out those also means you give up on your bet. The Tangobet Cash Out product works well, with fair offers, so it’s certainly a good feature.
Sports You Can Bet On at Tangobet
If you include all the Esports you can bet on, there are almost 50 different ones. Among the major ones you can bet on, are:
- Football.
- Horse Racing.
- Tennis.
- Cricket.
- Golf.
- Greyhounds.
- Snooker.
- Darts.
- Rugby League.
- Ice Hockey.
Some of the more under-the-radar ones include:
- Futsal.
- Lacrosse.
- Handball.
- Speedway.
- Table Tennis.
- Gaelic Football.
- Stock Car Racing.
- Bowls.

What Betting Markets are Available at Tangobet?
So that’s the different sports covered but what about the different markets within those sports? Here are some of the ones you can play here.
Handicaps
Used in sports such as football, snooker, darts and rugby, handicaps can make any one-sided contest into something resembling a 50/50 affair by giving the outsider a head start in terms of goals, or points.
To provide an assist
A few years back player props were pretty much limited to backing a player to score first or anytime in football but now you can also back a player to provide an assist instead, with Tangobet offering this market for all major football games.
Each-way markets
This one is normally available for horse racing and greyhound racing but also for the likes of golf and football outrights. Your bet is split into two: half to win, half to place. If it wins, you get paid out on both parts of the bet; if it places, you at least get paid out on that part of it.
Total goals/points
Whether it’s a line in football, rugby, NFL or basketball, it’s a case of choosing whether you think there will be more goals, points, sets (or whatever else in the line), or less.
Tangobet Pros and Cons
You'll know by now what we consider to be some of the big plus points of Tangobet but let’s recap on that, as well as talking you through some of the areas for improvement, as well.
Positives
- Over 50 sports to bet on
- Bet Builder available for 8 different sports
- 100s of football markets to choose from
- Excellent Esports product
- Good availability of responsible gambling tools
Negatives
- Limited for ongoing promos
- Very small choice of cricket markets.
- Only one option to contact Customer Service.
Banking With Tangobet
Banking is an essential part of your online betting experience and you’ll find a good supply of payment options to use here. One thing to be aware of is that with some methods you can deposit and withdraw in several currencies, with others you can only use one currency. For example, with Visa or Mastercard you can do so in 11 currencies but with PayPal, only one: British Pounds.
Tangobet Deposit Method
Here are the deposit methods available to you if you’re in the UK. In some other regions, you can use alternative methods such as Eteller and Giropay, too. At the time of writing, they don’t specify what the minimum and maximum deposit amounts are, hence why we haven’t included them in the table.

Tangobet don’t specify the minimum and maximum amounts for withdrawals either so we haven’t included those.

Does Tangobet have a mobile app?
No, at present it doesn’t. That’s quite uncommon but not something to worry about as the mobile browser works extremely well, both for android and Apple phones, allowing you to do everything on the go that you’d do from your laptop.
Is Tangobet a Trustworthy and Safe Brand?
Yes, it is. It holds the two most impressive gambling licenses - the UK and Malta ones - and is owned by Aspire Global, who have been running some of the best Sportsbooks on the market for years; so you know that you’re in good hands with them. More good news is that there’s been very little by way of online complaints or bad reviews about them, which suggests customers are pretty happy with their experience there, making it safe and trustworthy.

Tangobet Customer Service Options
This is by far the area they most need to look at improving the most. You can’t contact them by e-mail, Live Chat or phone and the only way you can do so is by filling out a form with your query, which is far from ideal.
They do admittedly have a good set of FAQs, which do help in getting some of your queries answered, but not all cases are identical, there will be some problems not covered by them and sometimes you really do just need to speak to someone in real time. So this is a key issue for them to address.

Our Experience Using Tangobet
We review a lot of new betting sites here at Betting Odds and many of them share similarities: they do a lot of the basics right to begin with and then take some time to make other parts of their betting product better over time. And we suspect that’s what’s going to happen with Tangobet.
Things they’ve done well so far are a decent welcome offer, covering close to 50 different sports, developing a top-class eSports product, having a decent Cash Out product and paying lots of attention to Responsible Gambling by having plenty of tools and explanations on how to use them.
I’m a big Bet Builder fan so I was very pleasantly surprised with just how many sports I could use it for- eight- as well as combine selections from across different sports.
As we always say, no betting site is perfect and we certainly can’t expect such a new one to be. First up, there’s no excuse for not having Customer Service (CS) agents you can reach via Live Chat, phone or even e-mail. CS is an integral part of online betting and needs to be taken seriously, so it seems a bit crazy to spend all that time and money on developing a good Sportsbook but neglect that side of things.
They could also do with offering more cricket markets, remembering that cricket betting is very popular in the UK. And run a few more promos, as well as ideally having some live streaming in the future.
But they’ve made a solid start to life as an online bookmaker and as an Aspire Global brand, we know they’ll only get better and be up there with the best in a couple of years’ time.
