easyBet Existing Customer Promotions and Regular Free Bet Offers
If one of your big priorities when it comes to betting sites is plenty of promotions, you’re going to be disappointed here. That said, it’s perfectly normal that betting exchanges don’t offer anywhere near as many promos as regular Sportsbooks do, so in that sense, it’s just par for the course.
But here’s one you can take advantage of.
easyBet Horse Racing Club
Placing £30 or more worth of horse racing bets between Monday and Sunday will see you get a £10 free bet credited to your account by the following Monday, by 11am.
The £30 in qualifying free bets must be placed as follows:
- 1x £/€10 Back bet.
- 1x £/€10 Lay bet.
- 1x £/€10 Multiple.
Although you can of course, choose to place bets for larger amounts than £10 or strike more than one wager for each type of bet, if you wish. The multiple must be at minimum odds of 2.0 and have at least three legs in it.
As per usual, only winnings from the free bet are returned to the customer, not the stake itself.

Our easyBet Review
When it comes to sports betting, my top priority is the quality of the odds and in that sense, I was pleasantly surprised by what I saw here with odds almost at the same level as what you’d find at the biggest betting exchange of them all.
Opening an account was straightforward and quick and claiming and using the welcome offer was a similar story. The availability of live streaming for selected greyhound racing tracks, a personal favourite in terms of sports for me, was a bonus.
easyBet Pros and Cons
EasyBet are one of the most recent additions to the world of online sports betting so are a work in progress. But here’s what we like about them so far and what they can improve on.
Positives
- Much higher odds than your average Sportsbook
- The ability to back and lay gives you greater betting flexibility
- Take Responsible Gambling seriously
- Better liquidity than many other betting exchanges
- Useful on-site content saves you time and effort
Negatives
- Betting exchanges are too complicated for some punters to want to use
- The 12 sports on offer are much less than at most other betting sites
- Only one ongoing promotion
easyBet Key Sportsbook Features: What Makes Signing Up Worthwhile?
We covered some of the pros of opening an account and playing at easyBet above, but let’s look at some of the site’s best features in a bit more depth.
Great Odds
By their very nature, betting exchanges tend to have higher odds on their markets than what you’d find at your average Sportsbook. After all, punters agreeing on prices among themselves will likely lead to higher odds than a bookmaker’s ‘take it or leave it’ approach. And consistently higher odds lead to consistently higher payouts.
Strong liquidity
Weak liquidity — not enough customers playing at the site for there to be sufficient money in the markets — can not only lead to poor odds but also prevent punters from placing decent amounts of money at reasonable odds. Strong liquidity at easyBet ensures both the high odds mentioned above and the ability for customers to place bigger bets.
Ability to back and lay
Betting exchanges won’t be for everyone, but the serious punter should seriously consider them. The facility to lay bets - act as a bookmaker and bet that something ‘won’t’ happen as opposed to betting that it will - gives you far greater flexibility in terms of your next bet. And as we know, easyBet markets have strong liquidity, so your bets will almost always get matched.
Serious about Responsible Gambling
Responsible gambling, or Safer Gambling as it’s called here, is one of the most overlooked aspects of sports betting, but it’s also one of the most important. Their Safer Gambling section has useful content on the topic, explains how different tools can be used to practise it, makes the tools available, and provides links to charities and other organisations that can help you deal with a gambling problem.
On-site content makes your life easier
Navigate to the bottom of the homepage, and you’ll find links to a good 20+ articles about such things as: account verification, market rules, mobile apps, affiliate partnerships, funding your account, underage gambling or sports rules. Not only is all the info at your fingertips, but it also saves you the time and hassle of having to contact customer service.
Sports You Can Bet On at easyBet
You won’t find betting on 40+ sports here like you would at some other Sportsbooks. But you will find all of the major sports available, as part of its offering of 12 sports. They are:
- Soccer.
- Horse racing.
- Greyhound racing.
- Tennis.
- Cricket.
- Golf.
- Ice Hockey.
- Politics.
- Basketball.
- Baseball.
- American Football.
- MMA

What Betting Markets are Available at easyBet?
Again, given this is a betting exchange, it operates differently to a Sportsbook and it wouldn’t be practical to offer the 100s of markets you’d see at a top fixed odds bookmaker. But here are the ones it does offer:
- Match Odds for football, cricket, tennis, basketball, baseball and American Football.
- Asian Handicaps for Football, regular handicaps for other sports.
- Outright winner markets for golf, tennis and football.
- Set betting in tennis.
- Over/Under goals, points.
- Correct score in football and ice hockey.
- Bet Builders for football, American Football, baseball, basketball and others.
- Cross-sport multiples.
Banking With easyBet
You’ll find other betting sites with more payment options available but the good news is that the ones available here include the most popular ones that the vast majority of punters want to use.
That said, it’s a little odd that they’re not currently a PayPal betting site as that’s a payment method that many betting customers and bookies have embraced in recent times.
One thing new customers should be aware of is that like many Sportsbooks these days, they operate a ‘closed loop policy’ which means that when you withdraw funds, they return to their original source. So if you deposited with Apple Pay, you’ll need to withdraw to Apple Pay. So think carefully which method you’re going to use to deposit as that’s the one you’ll need to withdraw to, as well.

easyBet Withdrawal Methods
An extra option when it comes to withdrawals is to request a bank transfer but bear in mind that the maximum you can withdraw with it is £500 and that it might be subject to fees.
Maybe in the future, they’ll also make Paysafecard available as that’s another e-wallet that’s quick, easy to use and currently accepted at lots of other betting sites.
Withdrawal Method | Fee | Processing Time | Limits |
---|---|---|---|
Visa | None | 1-2 days | £10/No limit |
Mastercard | None | 1-2 days | £10/No limit |

Does EasyBet have a mobile app?
Yes, it does. And it’s one of the better betting mobile apps out there. Available on both iOS and Android, it’s free and easy to download, it’s quick to use and allows you to deposit, withdraw, bet and access content just like you would from your laptop.
Is easyBet a Trustworthy and Safe Brand?
The honest answer to that is: it’s too early to tell. This is a new Sportsbook that has only been around for a couple of weeks and that obviously isn’t enough time to know how they go about such things as paying out on big wins, processing withdrawals quickly, dealing with customers in an ethical way and making sure their site is protected from cyber-attacks that could potentially lead to money or data being stolen.
But here’s what we do know. They hold the UK Gambling Commission License which is an important and positive first step. And they work in partnership with the well-known and experienced betting company Matchbook (called Triplebet for trading purposes), who will operate the brand, paying a licence fee to EasyGroup.
Furthermore, according to the official announcement made by EasyGroup regarding the launch: “Matchbook has invested in a new industry-leading management team and has implemented ‘best in class’ compliance and regulation systems.”
All of which sounds very promising.

easyBet Customer Service
Customer Service is available via Live Chat between 9 a.m. and 2 a.m. Monday through Sunday. Though e-mail is an option, your best bet is to get in touch via Live Chat and either do things that way or request that they call you back on the phone.
A quick interaction with them via LiveChat showed they at least reply straight away and are polite and helpful but we’ll need more time and more interactions before forming a solid opinion about their Customer Service.
Remember that they have great FAQs and dedicated sections on numerous topics, so that should always be your first port of call.

Our Experience Using easyBet
We can’t ignore the elephant in the room. EasyBet is not a Sportsbook, it’s a betting exchange. Many customers will automatically say that it’s not for them purely for that reason. They’ll prefer the simplicity of placing back bets at fixed odds, having 40+ different sports to bet on, 100s of different markets to choose from, far more promotions and other frills like live streaming and Cash Out. And if that’s the case, fine.
But in terms of judging them for what they are (a betting exchange) as opposed to what they’re not (a Sportsbook), I was pretty impressed.
The first thing I was impressed about was the liquidity in their markets which leads to excellent odds.
Many betting exchanges don’t have enough of it so customers struggle to get good odds and place chunky bets. The reason for their liquidity presumably comes from the fact that the site is operated by Matchbook, who have a betting exchange of their own, so have found a way to use liquidity from that one here. And there’s certainly nothing wrong with that if it benefits easyBet’s customers.
The welcome offer is decent if not spectacular, the site is crisp, clean, well-designed and easy to navigate and the mobile app is also of a good quality. One thing I really liked was the ability to place Bet Builders on numerous other sports beyond football including baseball, American football and ice hockey, which is refreshingly rare.
It’s not so easy to come up with promos for exchanges but let’s see what they can do in the future. They might also consider adding one or two more sports to their offering such as Formula One or rugby and one or two more payment options. But so far I’ve really liked what I’ve seen and I’m sure over time they'll get even better.

Can I sign up for easyBet outside the UK?
It appears customers in Ireland can also open an account at EasyBet but it’s not yet obvious whether they accept customers from additional countries.

Can I withdraw my free Bet winnings from easyBet?
Yes, there are no wagering requirements on winnings from your free bet so you can do whatever you like with them.
