Tim Sherwood
Tim Sherwood
Tim Sherwood is the former manager of Tottenham and Aston Villa, who is currently out-of-work.
Sherwood had been a coach at Spurs since 2008 and took on the role of manager following the sacking of Andre Villa-Boas in December in 2013.
During his time at the club, the former Norwich, Blackburn and Spurs midfielder oversaw 28 matches in charge and had a 50% win record. Spurs finished in sixth place in the 2013/14 Premier League season missing out on the Europa League spot to Everton who finished three points above them.
Sherwood returned to the dugout with Aston Villa in February 2015, saving the club from relegation, but losing 4-0 to Arsenal in the club's first FA Cup final in 15 years. Sherwood was sacked less than three months into the 2015/16 season after a poor run of form.
