Roberto Martinez was appointed head coach of Portugal in January 2023.
In his first job the Spaniard helped guide Swansea to the League One title in 2008 before controversially returning to the club he represented as a player, Wigan, in 2009.
Wigan would go on to win the FA Cup in 2012/13 but relegation followed a few weeks later and Martinez promptly joined Everton.
Martinez spent just shy of three seasons at Goodison Park, leading the club to 5th in his first campaign, however he was sacked with one game remaining of the 2015/16 campaign.
He then took charge of Belgium for six years, with the highlight a 3rd place finish at the 2018 World Cup.
