Neil MacFarlane
MacFarlane's coaching career took off in 2012 when he began as an assistant to his former teammate Steven Pressley at various clubs, including Falkirk, Coventry City, Fleetwood Town, and Pafos. He briefly took on the role of caretaker manager at Coventry City in February and March 2015 before departing at the end of the 2014-15 season. In December 2016, MacFarlane joined Milton Keynes Dons as a first-team coach under manager Robbie Neilson, a position he held until Neilson's departure in January 2018. In May 2018, MacFarlane was appointed as the manager of National League North club Kidderminster Harriers but left in January 2019. He then joined Brentford in May 2019 as the head coach of the Championship club's B team.
