Neal Ardley is the manager of York City.
He's the former boss of AFC Wimbledon, Notts County, and Solihull Moors.
After hanging up his boots in 2007 Ardley began learning the ropes as Cardiff City's academy boss, a role he held up until October 2012 when he replaced the sacked Terry Brown at the remodelled AFC Wimbledon.
Ardley led AFC Wimbledon up to League One in 2015/16 after winning the play-offs, meaning the club will feature in the third-tier for the first time in their history.
