Duncan Ferguson is out of work after leaving his post in charge of Inverness in October 2024.
His only previous permanent post was as head coach of Forest Green Rovers, a job he took up in January 2023 and lasted until July 2023, winning just one game of the 18 he was manager for; a 6% win rate.
The passionate Scot previously took over as caretaker of Everton following the exit of Marco Silva in 2019, inspiring the Toffees to a win over Chelsea and draws against Arsenal and Man Utd, before the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti.
He then had a brief one-game second spell as Everton's caretaker manager following the exit of Rafa Benitez in January 2022.
