Dougie Freedman is the manager of Championship outfit Nottingham Forest, replacing the sacked Stuart Pearce in February 2015. Freedman enjoyed a superb start to life at the City Ground, but a poor end to the season saw the club miss out on the play-offs by some distance (14th).
Freedman came under heavy pressure after a bad start to the 2015/16 season, however after some positive results in the lead up to December, Freedman's position stabilised, and he went on to lead Forest to a 13 game unbeaten run, which only ended in late January. But, despite this he lost his job in March (2016), meaning he lasted just under a year at the helm.
Freedman has also previously managed Bolton and Crystal Palace.
