Postecoglou is expected to make a few changes to the team that battered West Ham 4-1 over the weekend. This means centre-back Radu Dragusin is likely to return to the backline and he appears to be an appealing option at 5/1 to receive a card on Thursday evening.
The Romanian was sent off after just seven minutes of his last Europa League outing against Qarabag last month. Despite this early setback, Spurs didn't panic and saved their defender's blushes by going on to record an easy 3-0 win.
AZ may be off colour at the moment but they have the attacking players to exploit a Spurs backline that can often be left vulnerable due to their style of play.
