West Ham vs Arsenal
- Sunday 11th February, 2pm, Sky Sports
There were intense celebrations after the final whistle in Arsenal’s 3-1 victory over Liverpool last week as the Gunners put in an excellent performance.
A comedic own goal from Gabriel was the only negative on a day to remember, but there are still questions for Mikel Arteta’s side to answer about their away form.
They posted a 2-1 success at Nottingham Forest in their last game on the road, but that was the fifth of six victories on their travels that have come against teams in the bottom seven.
Bournemouth, 13th, are the highest ranked team they have beaten in an away game and a win at London Stadium, where the Hammers have suffered one defeat in nine, is no formality.
Chance the Hammers to win in the draw-no-bet market as three of their last five home league games have been draws and the points could be shared.
It is also worth supporting West Ham’s Mohammed Kudus to score at any time.
He netted twice in Ghana’s 2-2 draw against Egypt at the Africa Cup of Nations, scored against Arsenal in the League Cup earlier this season and registered four shots in last week’s 3-0 loss at Manchester United, suggesting he could add to his seven-goal Premier League tally.

Aston Villa vs Man Utd
- Sunday 11th February, 4.30pm, Sky Sports
Aston Villa won their opening eight home league games of the season, in a run which included gritty 1-0 successes over title rivals Manchester City and Arsenal, yet there are signs that the wheels may be starting to fall off.
Ever since being held to a 1-1 draw by struggling Sheffield United at Villa Park three days before Christmas, Unai Emery’s side have looked a shadow of their former selves.
Villa’s five subsequent league outings have seen them beaten 3-2 at Manchester United, lose 3-1 at home to Newcastle, and draw 0-0 away at Everton, with their only wins in that run coming against the Premier League’s bottom two Burnley and Sheffield United.
The Villans were also dumped out of the FA Cup in a fourth-round replay at home to an inconsistent Chelsea side on Wednesday, losing 3-1 and allowing the Blues to have eight shots on target.
All of which doesn’t bode well for a visit from United, who arrive on a five-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
Erik ten Hag’s side can move to within five points of Villa with victory and they have been racking up plenty of goals of late, netting 19 times across their last seven matches.
United won their last away league game 4-3 at Wolves and they built on that in no uncertain terms with last Sunday’s 3-0 victory at home to West Ham, performances which suggest they could bring up a hat-trick of league successes at Villa Park this weekend.
One reason behind United’s upturn in form is the improved performance of Rasmus Hojlund, who finally appears to have adapted to life in the Premier League.
Having moved from Atalanta in the Serie A for a big fee in the summer, the 21-year-old struggled to handle the pressure in the early stages of the campaign.
However, the Dane is now up-and-running and confidence should be rocking as he bids to score for a fifth match in succession.
Hojlund netted a late winner as United defeated Villa 3-2 at Old Trafford on Boxing Day and he is worth backing to get on the scoresheet again in the West Midlands.
