Premier League Sack Race 2025/26 Odds: The Favourites
We've run through the top contenders in the running to become the ninth exit of the season, according to the latest odds - see the full market in the odds table above.
Oliver Glasner (Crystal Palace): 1/2
Oliver Glasner, 1/2, once again finds himself as the favourite in the betting.
Crystal Palace are navigating a spell of uncertainty, with several key players facing unclear futures and Glasner himself set to depart at the end of the season. That instability has spilled onto the pitch, where Palace have managed just two wins in their last 16 matches in all competitions - a run that includes an embarrassing FA Cup third-round exit to Macclesfield and a shocking home collapse against struggling Burnley.
Should Palace’s European campaign come to an end, Glasner could leave sooner than expected, with names such as Robbie Keane, Thomas Frank and Roger Schmidt already featuring prominently in the next Crystal Palace manager odds.
Fabian Hurzeler (Brighton): 4/1
Fabian Hurzeler, who was recently out at 50/1, now finds himself at 4/1 in the betting market.
Brighton have been on a real slump of late, having claimed just two wins from their last 14 league games, stretching back to November.
However, the stuttering Seagulls did at least arrest a six-game winless run with an impressive 2-0 win away to Brentford, which they will now be looking to build on as they head into the month of March.
Scott Parker (Burnley): 4/1
Scott Parker, 4/1, was the unfortunate “winner” of the Premier League Sack Race in 2022/23 after being dismissed by Bournemouth in the wake of their 9-0 hammering at Anfield.
Only Wolves have picked up fewer points than the Clarets, who are 19th in the table and eight points adrift of safety.
However, Parker's side produced a stunning turnaround at Crystal Palace last time out to breathe new life into their survival bid. Trailing 2-0 after just 33 minutes and seemingly on course for a 17th defeat of the season, the Clarets rallied with three rapid goals to seal a dramatic 3-2 victory - their first win in 17 matches. They followed this up with a last-gasp equaliser away to Chelsea, to keep their hopes alive.
