Paul Tierney averaged 3.81 yellows per game last season and will take charge of Liverpool vs Crystal Palace on Monday
The Premier League continues this week with a full slate of fixtures across Gameweek 2. The second round of matches will also feature the first football Monday Night offering of the campaign as Liverpool take on Crystal Palace at Anfield.
