Manchester United Premier League Odds: Red Devils aiming for the title this season

United looking to mount a series title challenge this time out
After an inconsistent season in 2019-20, Manchester United look as though they are finally finding their feet under new management. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer took time to adjust to the role as first team manager at Old Trafford, but now the Norwegian looks comfortable in the position and has started to stamp his authority onto the team.
The acquisition of Bruno Fernandes in January massively helped United achieve a top-four finish in the Premier League last season. The Portugal international came in and instantly made a lasting impact, providing 12 goals and eight assists in all competitions for the Red Devils and there is an excitement among supporters that the 26-year-old will be a key part of the club's success this time out.
With Champions League football returning to OT this season, the collective feeling is that things are back on track for United, with the ultimate goal now challenging fierce rivals Liverpool and Manchester City for the league title as opposed to chasing a place in the top-four, although that will still be at the forefront of their mind this term.

Manchester United transfer news
Alongside the addition of Bruno Fernandes back in January, United have continued to splash the cash this summer by bringing in midfielder Donny van de Beek from Ajax. The Netherlands international has impressed for club and country during the previous two years and looks to have a promising future ahead of him in the English top-flight, with United hopeful that he can help them with their title quest this season. The 23-year-old joins on a five-year deal, signing for a reported £40m.
Elsewhere, goalkeeper Dean Henderson has returned from his impressive two-year loan spell with Sheffield United and has put pen to paper on a brand new contract which will see him remain at Old Trafford until 2025. The Englishman is expected to rival David de Gea for the No.1 spot this season, with his performances for the Blades last term proving his potential on the main stage.
Chris Smalling has returned from his beneficial loan with Roma, though it remains to be seen if he stays at the club beyond the closure of the transfer window on October 5, with United said to be open to selling him in the coming months should anyone submit a suitable offer for his services; Newcastle have been mooted as one potential destination for the 30-year-old.
Alexis Sanchez has left the club for Inter Milan on a permanent basis, ending a less-than-memorable period for the Chilean in Manchester, while Cameron Borthwick-Jackson has departed on a free transfer to Oldham Athletic.
Jadon Sancho still remains United's primary target, despite Borussia Dortmund insisting that their prized asset will not be sold this summer. The German titans value Sancho at £108m and their sporting director Michael Zorc has said that the "decision is final" regarding the 21-year-old remaining put at Signal Iduna Park.
However, according to reports from Sky Sports, talks over personal terms and agent fees continue between United and Sancho's representatives, so time will tell if this move does indeed come to fruition.
Manchester United Premier League odds, 2020-21
United's price in the Premier League winner betting market is 20/1 with Betway but with their last top-flight triumph coming all the way back in 2012-13 it won't be an easy task. Indeed, another top-four finish and subsequent place in the 2021-22 Champions League will be at the forefront of Solskjaer's mind, and to achieve that they are currently priced at 8/15 with most firms.
Last season Marcus Rashford finished with an impressive 17-goal haul in the top-flight and the England international is fancied at 20/1 in the Premier League top scorer betting for this season. The Red Devils are 8/1 to be the north west's best representatives in 2020-21, while they are third-favourites behind Man City and Liverpool to be the division's highest scoring team at 17/1.
Super Fernandes to be involved in 30+ league goals in 2020-21?
The impact Bruno Fernandes has had on this United side since joining the club in January has been well documented. The former Sporting CP midfielder contributed 8 goals and 7 assists in just 14 top-flight appearances during the second half of 2019-20, which really highlighted his seemingly limitless quality.
This time out there are high hopes that Fernandes will again be instrumental in United's title charge, and we've teamed up with Paddy Power to offer you a 3/1-priced special, which is the Portugal international to be directly involved in (goals + assists) 30 goals this season.
