Man Utd vs. Real Betis Betting Tips: Two bets for Europa League match

There are a number of European heavyweights remaining in an ultra-competitive looking Europa League last-16, which includes 2017 victors Man Utd who battled past Barcelona in the play-offs.
Erik ten Hag's side will once again lock horns with Spanish opposition, in the form of Real Betis, who they'll face across two legs in a bid to reach the quarter-finals of the competition.
Tom Winch has his tipping spectacles on for the first-leg which takes place at Old Trafford on Thursday at 8pm, live on BT Sport 1.
Manchester United will want to forget about that embarrassing defeat they suffered against their biggest rivals on Sunday afternoon.
Erik ten Hag has had a few days with his players since that humiliation and will expect an instant response from the very first whistle.
The Spaniards are a tricky customer, fresh off holding Real Madrid to a goalless draw, and are managed by Manuel Pellegrini who knows The Red Devils pretty well.
The hosts are strong favourites to win at Old Trafford, they’re priced at 2/5 to win the match which seems a little short to me.
Betis are a hefty 7/1, I’d expect they’ll be happy returning to Spain with a draw.
Marcus Rashford is the man that Betis need to be wary of, he’s scored 17 times since returning from the World Cup and has already netted four times in this competition.
Man Utd vs Real Betis Tips
I’m taking the Asian Line here in favour of the away side, it’s set at +1.0,+1.5 which I think is a little big. Even if Man United win the game by a single goal, we’ll come away with some profit.
This bet has paid out in 32/33 games this season across all competitions for Real Betis. Only Valencia have beaten them by more than a single goal this season.
A Betis red card which led to a couple of late goals back in early November was the only time they were well beaten.
It’s fair to say that Man United have been impressive at home this season, they’ve won nine of their 12 Premier League Matches as well as coming back from behind to beat Barcelona in recent weeks too.
Since the return, Man United have only beaten; Forest, Leicester, Leeds and Bournemouth by multiple goals in the top flight. They have had more success in cup competitions, but some of those sides aren’t quite on the same level as Betis.
Once again I’m siding with Betis, but this time in a player prop market.
Borja Iglesias is Betis' top scorer this season. He’s scored 10 times in La Liga with half of those coming from the penalty spot. His shot rate is very consistent, the Spaniard averages 2.6 shots per 90 across La Liga with two or more shots arriving in 16/20 starts.
He featured as a sub in all four appearances in the group stages, playing 89 minutes in total but still managed to record three attempts.
I’m expecting that he starts; he has done in eight games from 10 since the restart.
He’s had two or more shots in each of his last four games which includes that 0-0 draw with Real Madrid at the weekend, so another couple here would be great.
