Leicester v Man Utd Tips: Get behind Vardy in the assist market

Live on BBC TV, Leicester host Manchester United in the quarter-final of the FA Cup at 5pm this Sunday. Manchester United continued their European adventure with an away win at AC Milan on Thursday which helped them qualify for the quarter-finals of the Europa league. Their impressive run of form continues as they are now 14 games without a loss in all competitions. Leicester will be looking to build on their 5-0 win vs Sheffield in the premier league last week and will fancy their chances having had a week long break.
Team News:
Wes Morgan, James Maddison, James Justin, Harvey Barnes and Ricardo Pereira are out for Leicester. Dennis Praet is doubtful.
Juan Mata and Phil Jones are out for Manchester United. Martial, Rashford, Cavani and Bailly are doubtful.
Leicester possible starting lineup:
Schmeical, Fofana, Evans, Soyuncu, Castagne, Ndidi, Tielemans, Thomas, Perez, Iheanacho, Vardy
Manchester United possible starting lineup:
Henderson, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, McTominay, Pogba, Fernandes, James, Greenwood
Ndidi is one of the best tacklers in the league and always raises his game when up against a top 6 rival. In the home games against Arsenal, Everton and Liverpool, he had 7.7 and 6 tackles respectively. In the home league fixture verses Manchester United, he had 7 tackles. For him to get 3 tackles @ 5/6 looks a solid bet for a 1pt stake.
Jamie Vardy’s poor goalscoring form continues but his partnership with Kelechi Iheanacho looked deadly against Sheffield United where he provided 2 assists to him. Expect both of them start again here and 7/1 looks a huge price for Vardy to provide another assist here.
Iheanacho has 5 goals in his last 3 appearances, Bruno scored in his last meeting vs Leicester and should be on penalty duty. Ndidi averages the most fouls for any Leicester player and was also booked in his last meeting against Manchester United. 40/1 looks a huge price so a small stake of 0.25pt on this for me as my longshot.
