Leeds v Wolves Tips: David Does Dallas. Stuart to find his way into David Coote's notebook

Leeds have made an exciting start to life back in the Premier League after their sixteen year absence, taking seven points from their opening four games. Marcelo Bielsa’s side take on Wolves on Monday evening at Elland Road, where a win for either side would take them into the top-six at this early stage of the campaign.
Jack Harrison should return for Leeds after being ineligible to play against his parent club in the most recent game against Manchester City. New signing Raphina could also make his debut for the club after signing from Rennes, however that will most likely be from the bench. Liam Cooper, Pablo Hernandez and Diego Llorente are all a doubt for the game and will be assessed before kick-off.
For Nuno Santo’s Wolves, Marcal should return on the left as Spaniard Jonny Otto is still ruled out through injury. Joao Moutinho is pushing for a return to the starting line-up, whilst Adama Traore is expected to come into the side to inject some pace on the right hand side of the pitch.
Leeds are the bookmakers favourite to take all three points, priced at 11/8 to do so. The draw is available to be backed at 23/10 with a win for Wolves being offered at 2/1 - an implied probability of 33%.
The game kicks off 20:00 and can be seen live on Sky Sports main event, and most importantly not pay per view. It’s been a profitable weekend for my football tips on BettingOdds.com and I’ve picked out three I like the look of for this evening.
Mateusz Klich 1+ shot on target - 1.5pts @ 9/4 Paddy Power
Stuart Dallas to be carded - 1pt @ 11/2 BetVictor, SkyBet
Bamford & Jimenez 1+ shot on target, Dallas & Saiss to be carded - 0.25pts @ 55/1 Paddy Power
The first selection on Monday evening is Leeds’ Mateusz Klich to have one or more shots on target, at the boosted price of 9/4 with Paddy Power. Polish midfielder Klich has already two goals to his name this season, one of which came via the penalty spot.
The 30-year-old is a central midfielder and can also provide late runs into the box, just as he did against Liverpool when scoring on the opening day of the season. With Klich being the penalty taker for Leeds he looks slightly overpriced here at 9/4 with Paddy Power to have a shot on target. This selection has landed in two of four games so far this campaign and with Skybet having it priced at evens (1/1), it makes plenty of sense to get behind the 9/4 on offer for Paddy Power.
Next up I’m fancying Stuart Dallas to be carded at 11/2, which is available with either SkyBet or BetVictor. There’s a good chance that Adama Traore will start on the right-wing for Wolves this evening which would put him up against Stuart Dallas. Over 30 players in all competitions were booked in 2019/20 for fouls on Adama, a remarkable stat which can often be a great way into the market.
To go with the trickery of Adama, there’s also the fact that Dallas was booked no less than seven times in the Championship last term and he’s certainly no stranger to a yellow card.
Combine this with the fact that referee David Coote will be in charge, a man who has dished out 12 yellows in just two games this season, and we have ourselves a serious bet at 11/2. I’d recommend backing any left-back against Adama Traore at 3/1 and bigger and if he does get confirmed to start the game, I’d expect this price to plummet.
My longshot for the evening pays 55/1, and comes in the form of Raul Jimenez and Patrick Bamford to have one or more shots on target, with both Romain Saiss and Stuart Dallas to be carded.
The first name in this Same Game Multi is Raul Jimenez who I’m backing to have one or more shots on target. The masked Mexican netted 17 times in the league last season and averaged an impressive 1.2 shots on target per game. The 29-year-old is also on penalty duty for Wolves and is their biggest threat in front of goal.
Patrick Bamford should get the nod once again for Leeds and with three goals in four Premier League appearances he’s enjoyed a good start to life in the division. Most likely the lone striker for Bielsa’s side this evening Bamford should be the main danger for the hosts and I’m fancying him to have one or more shots on target.
Moving onto the bookings and the first of two is Romain Saiss of Wolves. The Moroccan was cautioned on ten occasions in the Premier League last season. Only two players in Luka Milivojevic and Jefferson Lerma picked up more than Saiss in 19/20 and I’m happy to involve him here in this 55/1 shot.
I’m also including Stuart Dallas once again in this multi besides playing the single. I mentioned earlier how he could be up against Adama Traore and how his price looked too big at 11/2. I’m taking the gamble on whether he starts or not and even if Traore only gets 20 minutes on the pitch, I still think we could see a few fouls from Dallas.
Best of luck to those following tonight’s selections, and please always gamble responsibly
