Leeds vs. Everton Betting Tips: Back Rodrigo to keep the goals flowing at Elland Road

Leeds v Everton Tips
Tuesday night provides some Premier League entertainment including a clash between Leeds and Everton at Elland Road. Jesse Marsch’s side have started the season well however Frank Lampard and the Toffees are once again under pressure.
Leeds currently sit in 5th spot, they've beaten Wolves and Chelsea either side of drawing with the Saints, however, last Saturday saw them lose their first game of the season at the Amex against a Brighton side who have massively impressed in the early stages.
Lampard has yet to record a win this season, back to back defeats in the opening two rounds was then followed up by two 1-1 draws against newcomers Nottingham Forest and most recently Brentford in the capital.
The hosts do arrive here as favourites to win here being best priced at around 11/10 with Everton around 5/2 to walk away with their first three points of the campaign however I’m keen to get onside with an individual player in the shot markets.
The Leeds centre forward has had an excellent start to the season, he scored in all of his opening three games scoring four in total and his shot numbers have been immense. The 31 year old had 3 shots on the opening day of the season, then 5 against Southampton and Chelsea then another 3 in the defeat to Brighton.
This bet has landed in all four matches this season for the Spaniard and given his side are back at home and welcome a struggling Everton side he’ll be wanting to get himself back on the score-sheet.
Everton have conceded 61 shots this season with 32 of those coming in their two away games, Leeds have won both games in-front of the home fans this campaign and will be expected to be on the front foot and will want to maintain the perfect start.
Given the attacking stats from Rodrigo in the early stages in the Premier League season the odds for him to score in a home win looks like a solid bet, as mentioned previously Leeds have won both games at home so far against stronger opponents in Wolves and Chelsea with Rodrigo bagging in both.
Leeds set up in a 4-2-3-1 formation with Rodrigo being the most advanced in the side, he and the squad will be brimming with confidence and I fancy them to come away from here victorious.
The 21/22 season saw this fixture end in a 2-2 draw however you can’t take a lot from that game given Marcelo Bielsa was in charge and the squad has seen plenty of arrivals and departures since that clash.
Danny Ings and Brennan Johnson both started up front for Aston Villa and Nottingham Forest respectively when they faced Everton and each of them managed to score on the day. I’m confident Rodrigo will have plenty of joy in attacking areas and should be hitting plenty of shots off at the Everton goal and will hopefully find the back of the net.
