Latest Transfer Betting: Who will be the biggest signings in the Premier League

The focus is now fading away from Sunday evening’s dramatic Euros final and fans can look ahead to the new season as the country basks in sunshine over the next few days.
There’s plenty of transfer rumours flying around at the moment and we’ve taken a look at some of the potential biggest transfers that may happen over the next few weeks in the Premier League, along with odds on them happening from the bookmakers.
Manchester United have effectively already secured the services of Jadon Sancho for a fee around £73m from Borussia Dortmund, with an announcement to confirm the transfer scheduled for this week. United have been slow to get their business done in past transfer windows and fans will be encouraged by the start to the summer.
Harry Kane
Manchester City are yet to make any major signings this transfer window although one name who has been heavily linked with a switch to Eastlands over the last few months is Tottenham and England talisman, Harry Kane.
On June 21st it was reported that Manchester City had made a £100m bid for Kane which was then rejected, with Pep Guardiola’s team 10/11 to capture his signature before the end of the window. Since then City have drifted out to 6/5, with 4/7 being offered by Paddy Power for the 27-year-old not to sign or agree a contract with any other club before the end of the window.
Jack Grealish
One of the potential reasons why Manchester City have drifted in the market to sign Kane, could be due to their heightened interest in Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish. The 27-year-old hunk has been cut to just 4/11 with Betfair to make the switch from Birmingham to Manchester before the end of the window.
Those odds now imply a 73.3% that Grealish will join Phil Foden and some of his other England teammates for the next Premier League campaign in Manchester. For those wanting to back him to remain at Villa, an attractive looking 15/8 is now on the table, again with Betfair.
Gareth Bale
It seems very farfetched to think that Gareth Bale would take a potential 95% pay cut to play for his hometown club of Cardiff City. However, the Bluebirds are the bookmakers' favourites for the Welshman to sign for before 3rd September 2021 at just 7/4. Spurs come next in the betting at 6/1 with any MLS Club being offered at 10/1.
Erling Haaland
After bagging a remarkable 48 goals in 51 appearances for club and country last season, Erling Haaland has become one of the biggest names in world football. Dortmund are reluctant to sell their star man after already losing Jadon Sancho and reports are also suggesting that the player's agent, Mino Raiola is asking for a £34.2m commission fee as part of any deal, yes outrageous we know!
If there’s one thing we’ve learned over the past couple of decades at Chelsea, it’s not to forget quite how deep Mr Abramovich’s pockets are. And despite Dortmund being reluctant to sell, Paddy Power make Chelsea the 7/4 favourites to sign Haaland, with Sky Bet taking no chances at 10/11. Manchester City can be backed at 3/1 with Real Madrid being offered at 5/1.
Ben White
Sky Bet go just 1/8 that Ben White will move from the south coast to the capital before the new season with a transfer to Arsenal. A number of ‘big-six’ clubs have reportedly been chasing the centre-back with Arsenal now apparently close to a £50m deal.
Denzel Dumfries
One of the highlights for the Netherlands at the most recent European Championships were the performances of attacking right-back Denzel Dumfries. The 25-year-old scored two goals at the tournament and has been linked with a move away from PSV Eindhoven. Dumfries managed two goals and six assists for PSV last season and Sky Bet go just 8/11 about the 25-year-old making a switch to Everton.
Yves Bissouma
Brighton may also lose another of their stand out performers from last season if the rumours around a move for central midfielder Yves Bissouma do come to fruition. Only Luke Ayling of Leeds made more tackles in the league last term than Bissouma and Arsenal are currently 6/5 favourites to bring the Mali International to the Emirates this summer. Liverpool and Manchester City are both priced at 4/1 in this market and it’s also worth noting that with Sky Bet, loan deals do not count when betting on transfers.
Raphael Varane
If you’d have said to Manchester United fans at the end of last season that they would potentially have the signings of Jadon Sancho and Raphael Varane wrapped up almost a month before their first league game, they’d have probably laughed.
French central defender Varane has been linked with the Reds since the end of last season and Sky Bet are now odds-on that he makes the move from Madrid, with 1/2 being offered, implying 66.7% chance of happening.
Jesse Lingard
After a successful loan campaign, with nine goals and four assists in just 16 appearances, bookmakers are now predicting a full time move to London for Jesse Lingard. Sky Bet are 4/6 on the move being completed before the end of the transfer window, although Manchester United are reportedly wanting around £30m for the 28-year-old which does seem high.
Youri Tielemans
Youri Tielemans scored one of the most memorable goals of last season with his absolute rocket in the FA Cup final and has now been linked with a move to Liverpool. The Foxes are reportedly wanting a staggering £64m for their Belgian star who is 11/4 to ply his trade on Merseyside next season.
