KSI vs. Joe Fournier Betting Tips: Preview, predictions and bets for Misfits main event

Following in the recent footsteps of Jake Paul, YouTuber, rapper and influencer boxing superstar KSI is about to trade hands with a professional in Joe Fournier.

The Misfits tagged event headlines a popular night at Wembley Arena on Saturday and we've assessed the fight to try and ascertain some reasonable betting selections.

Without rehashing the tired narrative surrounding these events, if you take them for what they are then increased eyeballs on the fading sport is nothing but a positive thing.

Dazn have exclusive rights to all of KSI's Misfits bouts and Saturday's contest promises to be their biggest production yet. His brother "Deji" and fan favourite "Salt Papi" will warm up the crowd in their fights on this undercard before the main event takes the roof off the joint.

Businessman Fournier offers an obvious step up in quality of opponent for KSI, having won all nine of his fights as a professional and previously sharing the ring with former unified cruiserweight champion and friend David Haye in a 2021 exhibition on the Evander Holyfield vs Vitor Belfort undercard.

"JJ" remains undefeated across his six ring ventures, winning all three of his professional forays by knockout and lining up Joe as his latest victim on the path to mainstream fights with Tommy Fury and Jake Paul.

KSI enters as a 1/3 favourite for this contest and although he will possess a significant speed advantage over Fournier, his opponent's odds may tempt some.

Scheduled for six rounds, this cruiserweight contest doesn't give either fighter an awful amount of time to dominate the other, meaning it should be quite a high volume fight.

Olajide Olayinka Williams is happy to put himself in harm's way, but will have to be slightly more conservative against a tougher challenger this time.

It should be a largely nip and tuck affair, with both fighters able to empty the gas tank without worrying about any dire consequences. Fournier also won't allow KSI the same opportunities previous fodder have.

Ultimately, given the win result market isn't too glamorously priced, this is a good entry point if you want to place a bet on their bout.

At a slightly larger price, we're taking KSI to win by decision or technical decision.

Through his volume and pace, KSI should set himself up well on the judges scorecards.

Fournier is entering a world unfamiliar to him and certainly will not have experienced anything like the atmosphere that these Misfits crowds generate.

What Joe boasts in experience, his age will likely cancel out to some degree. And the younger, hungrier fighter on his own promotion should do enough to get the nod and set up a future bout with Tommy Fury.
