Football Tips: Martial can hit double figures in the Premier League

The new season is just around the corner and we've tasked our data guru Scott Thornton with supplying us with some of his best ante-post bets for the season ahead.
Ante-Post Tips
Best Promoted Team - Nottingham Forest @ 2.75 Unibet
Nottingham Forest’s rise from the time when Steve Cooper walked through the door last season was nothing short of remarkable. The weight of expectation has always been a struggle for a club the size of Forest, but Cooper has managed to cope with that and help them to return to the Premier League for the first time since 1999.
Forest have waited years for their top flight return, and they will be keen not to squander this opportunity. Going up via the playoffs should mean you’re the team who is worst equipped to deal with the step up in quality, but Brentford showed last season
Forest have also been busy in the transfer market. They have spent around £75m on new players and have significantly strengthened their back line, and this could prove pivotal in containing some of the more rampant attacks they will face in the Premier League.
Their acquisition of Jesse Lingard has raised some eyebrows due to the exorbitant wage demands met by Forest, but it could yet prove to be a very shrewd piece of business. Lingard showed during his time at West Ham that he can conjure up the magic that is the difference between winning and losing in this league, and he possesses a good work rate which should serve him well during his time at the club.
Fulham can rely on the Premier League experience of Marco Silva, but the club have been in this position before. Fulham often perform so well in the Championship, only to crumble when they reach the top flight, and I think they will be fighting against relegation this season. Mitrovic has always failed to replicate his Championship form in the Premier League, and I think we could see something similar again.
Bournemouth have Scott Parker at the helm. Parker has won promotion in his last two seasons in the Championship, and he has had a great squad at his disposal each time. However, his Fulham side really struggled when he last managed at this level, and I still have reservations about their ability to stay up this season.
Unibet have Forest to finish higher than the other newly-promoted teams priced at 2.75, far bigger than the 2.30 being offered by Bet 365. I’m happy to back this given how Forest have strengthened their squad. Steve Cooper is also a very exciting managerial prospect
Anthony Martial To Score 10 Or More Goals @ 1.80 Bet 365
Anthony Martial is a man who seems to have had several last chances at Manchester United, but this time feels different. Erik Ten Hag is keen to ensure his standards are met at the club, and failure to perform this season will almost certainly see Martial moved on next summer
Martial arrived in Sevilla to a great deal of fanfare, but he never really got going in Spain. Now 26, the French forward needs to impress if he hopes to continue playing at the top level. He has shown glimpses of his talents on United’s pre-season tour, and Ten Hag will have to rely upon him for goals regardless of what happens with Cristiano Ronaldo.
Martial bursting onto the scene with a debut goal against Liverpool seems like a lifetime ago, and the player has experienced both highs and lows since then. He has scored 10 or more goals in two of his seasons at Old Trafford, and an emphasis on proactive attacking play should see him get a number of chances in front of goal this season.
