Football BTTS Acca Tips: 9/1 play for Saturday's 3pm kick-offs

There’s a full card of EFL fixtures on Saturday with four games in the Premier League. There are 36 matches kicking off at 3pm and @AnthonyEadson has picked out four which he likes the look of for both teams to score as part of our football tips on BettingOdds.com this week.
As a four-fold accumulator, the selections pay around 8/1 with most bookmakers, although I’d recommend using bet365 as they offer a 10% soccer accumulator bonus on four-folds which takes this bet to just over 9/1.
BTTS: Blackburn v Brentford, Northampton v Doncaster, Burton v Crewe, Barrow v Salford - 1pt @ 9/1 bet365
The first of four games I’m fancying both teams to find the back of the net on Saturday is in the Championship where Blackburn travel to the capital to take on Brentford. Tipped by many to finally reach the promised land of the Premier League this season, Brentford are unbeaten in eight league games and sit two points off the top. The Bees will look to close the gap on Saturday and in Ivan Toney they have the second top-scorer in the division with 13 goals in 15 games.
In fact we have both top-scorers featuring in this one as Adam Armstrong will line up for the visitors. Blackburn’s ‘Angel of the North’ has scored 14 goals in 14 games this season and is a man in red hot form. Tony Mowbray’s side sit just two points behind Brentford in the league and have won three on the bounce after a last minute winner against Milwall on Wednesday. The key angle here is that these two sides rank first and second for xG (expected goals) in the division this season, and despite Brentford keeping things tight at home of late, Blackburn have the ability to get on the scoresheet.
Northampton v Doncaster Rovers is the first of two games where I’ve opted for BTTS in League One. The hosts scraped a one goal victory over Fleetwood in midweek and Keith Curle’s side have every reason to believe they can repeat that against Doncaster on Saturday. Northampton endured a shaky start to the campaign but after going unbeaten in three and scoring five goals in the process, can find the net again this weekend.
Doncaster Rovers have seen both teams to score land in ten of their thirteen league matches this season. That’s the second highest in the division and the South Yorkshire side even managed to score in the 2-1 defeat at Hull on Wednesday, who sit top of the table with the second best defence in the league.
The only side with a better both teams to score record in League One than Doncaster this term is Burton. The Brewers face Crewe on Saturday and although they sit 22nd in the table, they have taken four points from their last two games, which have both come against top-seven sides in Charlton and Sunderland. BTTS has landed in a whopping 80% of Burton’s league games this season and I think that figure could rise again come Saturday tea-time.
Crewe make the trip down to the Pirelli Stadium this weekend and the Railwaymen have been quite inconsistent this season with six wins, eight losses and just one draw. The 4-2 win against Swindon during the week gives plenty of belief that David Artell’s side can find the back of the net against Burton who have have the second worst defensive record in League One.
The final fixture that rounds off this 9/1 accumulator comes from League Two where Barrow host Salford City. Backing both teams to score in the Cumbrians home matches has proved profitable this season with it landing on seven of eight occasions (88%). No team has a higher home BTTS percentage in League Two this season and despite being winless in four, they have actually scored six goals in that period.
Salford currently sit ninth in the table and have scored in seven of their last eight games. Richie Wellens has tasted defeat in both away matches he has overseen as Salford manager so far and looking back beyond his appointment, that run stretches to four consecutive away losses. Barrow’s last five home matches have seen a combined 22 goals and I think we should see plenty this weekend.
Best of luck to those following the both teams to score selections this weekend, you can find a full range of football tips on bettingodds.com this weekend. Please always gamble responsibly.
