Football Accumulator Tips: Shots on tap in Tuesday's first wave of Champions League group fixtures

What better way to end the weekend than by delivering an 18/1 winner? That's exactly what @LukeHam94 achieved on Sunday when Scott McTominay and Gabriel Jesus were booked in his Manchester United vs Arsenal card double for our Sunday acca.
The Champions League group stages make a triumphant return on Tuesday and he's appropriately returned to the fold to see if he can repeat his success with this bet...
Tuesday Accumulator Tips
Star boy Jude Bellingham is the first name we'll be looking out for to register a shot on target in one of Tuesday's two UCL 5:45pm kick offs.
As we all know, the 19-year-old is a talent with the world at his feet, making the switch from Championship side Birmingham City to Bundesliga giants Borussia Dortmund two years ago.
The Stourbridge-born youngster is someone full of confidence despite his youthfulness, and this shows in just about every aspect of his game, including his ball carrying and most notably here, his shot taking.
Typically occupying a deeper-lying central midfield spot for BVB, that doesn't prevent or discourage Jude from pushing further up the pitch to support or going on a marauding run himself.
Across 32 appearances last term in the Bundesliga, Bellingham averaged 1.4 shots per game, meeting this line of 1+ on nine occasions. More aptly in this competition during their 2021/22 run, he put up a 2.3 shots per game average, with 0.7 of those on target, and clearing this line in 50% of his side's UCL games.
Next it's over to Celtic Park where the Bhoys will host the reigning European champions as Real Madrid roll into Glasgow for the first game in Group F. We've got our eyes on Kyogo Furuhashi to meet the same line as Bellingham in having over 0.5 shots on target.
Celtic have been handed a massive boost for their clash with the Spanish giants, with club and league joint-top goalscorer Furuhashi seemingly shrugging off a shoulder injury sustained in the opening stages of Saturday's Old Firm to return here.
The Japan forward has started the season off in scintillating style, netting six times in as many games, even counting a brief five-minute cameo against Rangers.
During this time he's hit 14 shots, eight of which have found the target, and displaying quite the clinical edge that the 27-year-old possesses.
He became a fan's favourite after signing for The Hoops last term to replace the void left by the departed Odsonne Edouard, scoring 12 goals and contributing to another league title for the green and whites.
Not counting the aforementioned spell in Saturday's match, Furuhashi has hit this line in all five of his matches this season, in addition to the 12/20 success rate he achieved in his debut Scottish Premiership season.
The last player we're banking on successfully registering a shot on target on Tuesday is Milan's Rafael Leao who fly to Austria to take on Red Bull Salzburg.
Leao spent last season making the left attacking midfield role his own in the black and red striped jersey, contributing to 19 goals in 34 appearances for the Serie A outfit.
The Portuguese is no stranger to shooting, topping both the 2021/22 charts for shots and shots on target among his teammates - tallies that saw him hold 34 and 14 more in the respective departments over next closest Olivier Giroud.
He comes into this one on the back of a derby double against Inter where he also registered an assist in their 3-2 win over the club's bitter rivals.
Although he's started off this Serie A campaign slowly, he's had at least one shot on target in each of his last four matches, hitting 2+ on 3/4 of these occasions.
And finally, Rafa Mir is our route into the shots department where we're tipping him to have over 1.5 for Sevilla who will face a Manchester City team who have dropped four points in as many of their recent league fixtures.
Mir has found shots on target quite hard to come by in his start to the new La Liga campaign, but that isn't for a lack of trying in front of goal. The forward has let off a total of 11 shots in three games so far, with his numbers being 4, 4, 3 in the individual fixtures.
No other Sevilla player went for goal (62) or hit the target (24) more than Rafa Mir last term, whose 10 league goals saw him finish as their top goalscorer. He had 2+ shots in 18 of his 34 league outings and Tuesday's home advantage against strong opposition is likely to bring out his courageous side in the hopes of securing something for his team.
As evidenced on a few occasions already, Pep's side can be gotten at and two of those three matches where they've looked a little ropey have come on their travels against Newcastle and Aston Villa.
