Everton vs. Arsenal Betting Tips: Best bets for Sunday showdown

Everton and Arsenal lock horns at Goodison Park on Sunday afternoon, live on Sky Sports Main Event at 4.30pm.
Tipster Wizard has uncovered a couple of bets for the game below.
Everton have had a woeful start to the season, registering just one point in their opening four games which means they are currently sitting in the relegation zone.
However, they have missed the joint-most big chances in the league alongside Chelsea (11) so they are not playing as bad as their results suggest but they need to finish these chances if they are to move up the table.
As for Arsenal, they sit 5th in the league table with 10 points, with just goal difference separating them from 2nd placed Tottenham.
They had an emphatic win against Manchester United just before the international break courtesy of a 96th minute winner from Declan Rice and then another clinical finish on the counter by Gabriel Jesus.
With the hosts not having scored even a single goal at home so far this season and the visitors unbeaten this campaign, it does not bode well for Everton.
However, Arsenal are without a win in their last five visits to Goodison Park, losing four of them, so this is bit of a bogey ground for them and they would love to end this streak.
Everton vs Arsenal Tips
Bet Builder 1
- Bukayo Saka Over 1.5 shots
- Over 0 goals for Arsenal
- Over 1 cards in the 2nd half
Bukayo Saka is averaging three shots per game for Arsenal this season, having registered three shots in all four of his league appearances so far this season.
As for goals, Arsenal have scored in every game so far this season.
Finally, since the change of laws from the FA, we have seen the average number of yellow cards given per game increase by a significant margin with 176 yellow cards issued after just four game weeks. The referees are issuing cards for minor dissent as well as time wasting.
Combining these three selections gives us a solid Bet Builder which we will be taking with a 1pt stake as our main bet for this game.
Betbuilder 2
- Bukayo Saka Over 2.5 shots
- Over 1 goals for Arsenal
- Over 2 cards in the 2nd half
Following on from our main bet, we will be taking the higher lines on all three selections for our second bet.
Saka has cleared the “Over 2.5 shots” line in every league game so far while Arsenal have scored at least two goals in three of their four games so far this season.
Combining these three selections gives us a cracking Bet Builder at 7/2 and we will be taking that as our second pick for this game.
