Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Spurs Betting Tips: Back Kane to find the net in 11/1 Bet Builder

The Champions League returns this week with eight fixtures being played on Tuesday and eight on Wednesday as part of Matchday 3. Tottenham travel to Germany to take on Eintracht Frankfurt on Tuesday evening and we’ve got @AnthonyEadson on hand to preview the game and provide us with two data-driven bets.
Antonio Conte will have been disappointed to see his side defeated 3-1 in Saturday lunchtime’s North London derby, however the fixtures will be coming thick and fast with 10 matches between October 1 and November 1. Spurs currently sit second in Group D after a win against Marseille on home soil, before a 2-0 loss away to Sporting Lisbon.
Oliver Glasner’s Frankfurt have also taken three points so far in their European campaign after making up for a home defeat to Sporting, by grabbing a 1-0 away at Marseille thanks to a Jesper Lindstrom strike. Eintracht also managed a win over current Bundesliga leaders Union Berlin who were previously unbeaten until travelling to Deutsche Bank Park where they were beaten 2-0.
Moving on to team news, Lucas Moura is a confirmed absentee for the visitors, while Dejan Kulusevski remains a doubt after missing the clash against Arsenal. Antonio Conte may choose to rotate his team a little here with such a hectic schedule ahead in the coming weeks. Davinson Sanchez and Yves Bissouma could well be drafted into the starting XI.
Jerome Onguene and Kristian Jakic will both miss this game through injury for Frankfurt who may have to call on 38-year-old centre back Makoto Hasebe due to Almamy Toure and Aurelio Buta not being registered to play in this competition.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Tottenham Tips
Both of my selections on Tuesday include Eintracht Frankfurt Japanese international, Daichi Kamada. The 26-year-old has made 11 appearances so far this season in all competitions and has recorded 10 shots on target in that period. He has cleared this line in seven of those eleven fixtures and has racked up 2+ shots on target on three occasions. All of the other big bookmakers have this selection priced at odds-on and I think we are getting a solid offering here at 11/10 with William Hill considering his record this season.
I envision the home side causing Spurs plenty of problems on Tuesday evening and can see them finding the net in what could potentially be a high scoring contest. Both teams to score is trading as low as 8/13 with some firms, with Frankfurt having shipped 11 goals at home already this season.
I’ll also be backing Daichi Kamada to score as part of a 11/1 double with Harry Kane also to find the net. Kamada may have only scored four goals in the Bundesliga last season, but he has already equalled that in the 2022/2023 campaign with four in just seven appearances, one of those being from the substitutes bench. Further to that, he has also bagged a brace in the DFB-Pokal this term and was on the scoresheet during the International break, finding the net against the USA. All things considered 4/1 as a single looks a very backable price on Kamada scoring.
Paired with Kamada is Harry Kane to score. This season the England captain has scored seven league goals in just eight appearances so far, a record that would normally be gaining a lot more attention if it were not for the freakish goal-scoring ability of Erling Haaland. Kane will be itching to open his Champions League account for this season after a blank against Sporting and Marseille where he racked up eight shots across those two matches.
Good luck to anyone following the selections and please gamble responsibly.
