Eintracht Frankfurt vs. Real Betis Predictions: Look for chances as both sides aim for the quarter-finals

Well, we’re back again with a cracking tie in the Europa League round of 16, with Eintracht Frankfurt and Real Betis facing off in the second leg of their tie.
Eintracht Frankfurt vs Real Betis Tips
Last time out, I made the atrocious shout that the game would be close and scrappy, with it ending in a draw! We were close to the draw in all honesty, with Frankfurt running out as 2-1 winners in Spain, with all three goals coming in the first 35 minutes!
So, with that in mind, I think it’s only right that we do a complete 180, and go for there to be plenty of goals on Thursday. Goncalo Pacienda is back for the Germans this week, with Danny da Costa also on the edge of a return to the squad. Borja Iglesias bagged the winner for Betis at the weekend, and could be fancied here over Willian Jose, with first choice keeper Rui Silva likely to start after being unbeaten in his last six fixtures. We’ve looked ahead to Thursday’s tie, and picked out two tips to go with it.
I mentioned in the preview for the reverse fixture to keep an eye out for Eintracht Frankfurt’s attacking talents in Daichi Kamada, Rafael Santos Borre and Jesper Lindstrom, and how I wish I’d followed my own advice! Kamada popped up with the winner for the German side, taking back a 2-1 lead into the second leg.
Kamada has hit some good form recently, having directly been involved in a goal in each of his last three games. He scored again last time out against VFL Bochum, and his record as the leading Japanese scorer in the Europa League/UEFA Cup, with 10 goals from 17 games, is what’s leading me towards backing him to score anytime here.
Next up, as previously mentioned, we’re looking at goals, goals, goals, for this game. Eintracht Frankfurt are averaging three goals per game over their last three fixtures, and this line recently landed in their game against Hertha Berlin. Goals have been a little harder to come by for Betis in recent matches, but this bet did land in their last away fixture in the Europa League, where they won 3-2 at Zenit.
As always, enjoy the game, good luck if you’re following the bets, and please gamble responsibly.
