Cristiano Ronaldo Next Club Odds: Could CR7 be on the move this summer?

Doubts are continuing to grow around the future of Cristiano Ronaldo after the Manchester United striker failed to turn up for training at Carrington this morning. The club say that family reasons have been cited, but with the rest of the international players returning today, speculation is rife over a potential move away from Old Trafford for the five-time Ballon d’Or winner.

It has been reported that Ronaldo had asked United if he could leave this summer should they receive a fair offer for him in this window. The Portuguese forward is wanting to play Champions League football next season and here at BettingOdds.com, we’ve taken a look at his next club odds.

Over the weekend well-placed sources have said that Ronaldo’s agent Jorge Mendes had spoken with Bayern Munich and they are currently the favorites with Paddy Power at 9/4 in the betting. Another club who have been linked with Ronaldo is Chelsea, who can be backed at 7/2 for the 37-year-old to make the switch to Stamford Bridge before the end of the summer. New Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has vowed to bring success to the club and last week the Athletic reported that he had held a meeting with Jorge Mendes in Portugal and the idea of bringing Ronaldo to the Bridge had been discussed.

Next in the market are Roma at 6/1 with Paddy Power. Jose Mourinho guided the Italian side to their first ever European trophy last season albeit a Europa Conference League title.
