The Premier League's two deadliest goalscorers from last season take to the field on Sunday. In the end, it was Erling Haaland who won the Golden Boot, again, with a return of 27 goals, but few would have envisioned his former City teammate Cole Palmer finding the back of the net 22 times for Chelsea following his summer switch.
I'm backing both players to find their feet quickly this season with a goal apiece - at least - at the Bridge this weekend.
It's difficult to know exactly what to expect from Enzo Maresca's Chelsea this season, but one player who is assured of playing a key role is Palmer, who has scored 12 goals in his last eight home matches for Chelsea. During the summer, he netted for England in a friendly against Bosnia and Herzegovina and then again against Spain in the Euro 2024 final, while he held his nerve to convert a last-minute penalty at home to former employers Man City in that thrilling 4-4 draw at the Bridge last November.
As for Haaland, he bagged a brace during that enthralling encounter and has also scored a brace in both of his previous opening Premier League games and scored a hat-trick in the thumping 4-2 friendly win over Chelsea earlier this month.
Joining Palmer and Haaland in this Bet Builder is Chelsea midfielder Moises Caicedo who I am backing to be booked to bring the combined price up to 16/1 with BoyleSports.
Caicedo racked up 11 yellow cards last season - only three Premier League players received more - and will have his work cut out in the middle of the park against the defending champions on Sunday.
