Champions League BTTS Tips: A five-fold acca for Tuesday night's games
We’re bundling towards Matchday Five of the Champions League group stages, as clubs are forced to fit in fixtures before the World Cup begins in a month’s time.
Here at BettingOdds.com, we’ll have previews for both of Chelsea and Man City’s games, as well as a separate look at Celtic vs Shakhtar Donetsk. But in this preview we’ll be looking at an acca for Tuesday night’s other UCL encounters.
In Groups E-H we have already had two teams qualify for the knockout stages in the previously mentioned City, and European Champions Real Madrid. There’s still plenty to play for for many teams, with AC Milan, RB Leipzig and Juventus the big names that could be at risk from not reaching the Round of 16.
So, without further ado, we’ve looked at the remaining five matches on Tuesday, and picked out a tasty Both Teams To Score acca.
Champions League BTTS Tips
Sevilla vs Copenhagen
Starting off with our only choice for BTTS not to land, we head to the scenic city of Seville.
Sevilla have been underwhelming this season to say the least, and they’ll be disappointed to be so far behind in a group they must have thought there was a chance at qualifying from. BTTS has landed in two of their four games so far, but the reverse fixture between these two sides ended in a 0-0 draw, and Copenhagen have had an ability to frustrate teams so far, seeing BTTS not land in all four of their group games.
PSG vs Maccabi Haifa
Underestimate Maccabi Haifa at your own risk. The Israelis sit bottom of Group H, level on points with Juventus, but it hasn’t been for the want of trying. They’ve scored in three of their four group games, including opening the scoring at home against the Parisiens. PSG’s star-studded attacking lineup needs no introduction, and with qualification still on the line for all four teams in Group H, expect plenty of chances.
Dinamo Zagreb vs Milan
Similarly to Maccabi Haifa, Dinamo Zagreb have thrown the cat amongst the proverbial pigeons in Group E. An opening day to Chelsea couldn’t be followed by more victories, but BTTS has landed in two of the group games so far, including the game against Milan at the San Siro.
After two defeats to Chelsea, Milan need a win desperately here, so expect plenty of attacking prowess from the likes of Brahim Diaz and co on Tuesday.
RB Leipzig vs Real Madrid
From Nkunku to Benzema, the attacking talent between these two teams is something to be admired. Madrid have seen BTTS land in each of their last two UCL games, and given their status as already qualified, may take a more relaxed approach here. A win for Leipzig could see them qualify if Shakhtar lose to Celtic, but the pressure will be on the Germans to press the European Champions, which could lead to plenty of chances at both ends.
Benfica vs Juventus
Rounding up our acca for Tuesday is Benfica vs Juventus. Wins for the Portuguese side and PSG would see Juventus dumped out of the competition, and it’s hard to see anything but that happening. Benfica have seen BTTS land in three of their last four UCL group games, including two 1-1 draws with PSG. It’s a similar scenario for the Italians, with three of their four UCL games seeing BTTS land, and the need for both sides to get a positive result here should see plenty of opportunities.
Altogether, that brings our acca to a 22.75/1 shot with SBK. Best of luck if you’re on, and please gamble responsibly.
