BTTS Tips: Treble for Tuesday's EFL Trophy fixtures

It's time for the dreaded international break to cause its first wave of disruption to the English football season. But just because there's a break in play on the top two tiers of the pyramid, doesn't mean there isn't any domestic action to enjoy.
Here at BettingOdds.com we're consistently on hand to offer you the best accumulator tips, and in this case, those matches most likely to witness both teams scoring. Our Tuesday EFL Trophy-focused treble pays 4.27/1 with bet365 and you can explore it in detail below...
Sheffield Wednesday vs Burton Albion
An all League One clash between fourth-placed Sheff Wed and bottom of the pile Burton kicks things off. In the wake of Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink's resignation, Burton mustered their first win of the new campaign most recently following a 2-0 defeat to Portsmouth the week prior. Although the stats for Albion are skewed given JFH's departure, this team should not be three points adrift at the foot of the division after almost 10 matches.
Wednesday have so far netted 17 in nine, shipping nine themselves during this time. Most interestingly, both teams found the back of the net in their previous Papa John's Trophy fixture when League Two Bradford ran out as 3-1 winners over their higher EFL counterparts. BTTS has been present in three of Burton's five away league matches this term, and we believe that will continue this evening.
Tranmere vs Bolton Wanderers
Next we're turning to a L2 vs L1 tie where Tranmere host Bolton. While neither side has been outstanding for BTTS in their current league campaigns, each of their two 22/23 cup outings have hit this mark, with score lines such as 4-1, 5-1 and 2-2 found.
Despite there being 33 places between the pair, anything goes in these cup matches, especially when the fixtures begin to mount up. Bolton conceded to lower league opposition in their League Cup first round clash with Salford, while netted twice vs Accrington Stanley and once against Premier League opposition in Newcastle.
Carlisle United vs Fleetwood Town
Finally, Carlisle take on the Cod Army in another League Two-League One head-to-head meeting. 13th-placed United meet fellow mid-table side Fleetwood, who have conceded almost as many goals (8) as they've scored (9) in the third tier. This is a similar case for Carlisle in L2, having netted 10 times and letting eight in at their own end.
66.7% of the visitor's matches have seen BTTS this season, with this figure rising to 75% when just taking matches on the road into account. For the hosts, three of their last five home league games have resulted in both sides scoring, including their two most recent outings at Brunton Park. Expect a similar outcome when they meet at 7pm on Tuesday evening.
Please gamble responsibly.
