BTTS Tips: Four Saturday games to back against both teams finding the net

Another Saturday of English domestic action rolls up, which means it's time to delve into some BTTS accumulator tips!
As opposed to our usual route of picking four games that suggest both teams will find the net, we've gone for a slightly different approach this weekend.
Instead, we've highlighted a quartet of matches where we believe both teams won't score, constructing this "BTTS - No" four-fold, which weighs in at almost 10/1 courtesy of bet365!
BTTS Tips
Bournemouth vs Nottingham Forest: BTTS - No
Starting out in the Premier League is a bottom half clash between two of this season's newly-promoted teams in Bournemouth and Nottingham Forest.
This pair has encountered the three major problems that often thwart clubs who have made the jump up from the Championship: not scoring enough goals, conceding too many and not accumulating enough points.
Although neither of these two currently reside within the dreaded relegation zone, things are that tight from 13th-20th that a couple of results can cause major movements in the table.
The reason why BTTS seems unlikely in this fixture is that the selection has landed so few times this season for either of them. Only six of Bournemouth's fixtures have produced BTTS - two of these being at home - while that same total of six applies to Forest too, whose away record of both teams scoring highlights only one measly instance since their return to the promised land.
Birmingham vs Preston: BTTS - No
Our next selection takes us to the Championship where Birmingham City host Preston in a game that appears to be a rather drab affair on paper.
Only two of the last five of these head-to-head meetings have seen BTTS. If you go back a further five games you'll find only one more fixture containing both teams scoring; while you have to revisit Halloween 2020 for the most recent instance of over 2.5 goals landing.
It's fair to say that neither of these teams have set the Championship alight this term, and history tells us that the fixture which brings the two together doesn't exactly initiate fireworks either.
Birmingham came out as 1-0 victors at Deepdale back in September.
Cardiff vs Millwall: BTTS - No
Continuing in the Championship sees Cardiff vs Millwall being another second tier selection that takes our fancy.
Millwall came out on top, dispatching of the Bluebirds with ease thanks to goals from Charlie Cresswell and Benik Afobe in a 2-0 win at The Den.
Gary Rowett's side are faring well this campaign, lying just outside of the play-off places. Cardiff, however, are barely keeping their heads above water and could be dragged into the relegation zone soon if they aren't careful.
Like September's meeting, Millwall should make light work of Cardiff on Saturday. City had only two shots on target that day, and have failed to score in three of their last six matches across all competitions.
Derby vs Bolton: BTTS - No
Lastly, League One is the home to our fourth and final pick. Fourth meet fifth as Derby and Bolton - both level on points and separated only by a +4 goal difference - lock horns at 3pm.
Spectators are often fooled by the hype surrounding highly competitive fixtures like this. Fans want to see thrilling, end-to-end matches, but what we frequently see are cagey affairs closer to a tactical chess match than a frenzied football match.
The two faced off in a post-Christmas showdown less than a month ago and that was a good basis for assessing how Saturday's second meeting will go. The match ended 0-0, with possession almost split right down the middle and both teams managing just two shots on target each.
For some extra fuel, only two of Derby's last seven matches across all competitions have seen both teams score. This bet would have been even more underwhelming if betting on Bolton games as that total is halved to one as far as their eight most recent outings!
