Arsenal vs. Liverpool Predictions: Two stats based bets for this massive clash.

Live on Sky Sports, Arsenal host Liverpool in this all important Premier League clash at the Emirates Stadium this Wednesday at 8.15pm. We've asked our resident expert TipsterWizard to preview this one and provide us with his best bets.
The Gunners come into this game in splendid form with five consecutive victories in the Premier League boosting their chances of a Champions League spot for next season. They currently sit 4th in the league table with 51pts and still have three games in hand over 5th placed Manchester United. Coming off an impressive performance in the 2-0 win over Leicester at the weekend, Arteta’s men will be full of confidence and an upset could be on the cards. As for the visitors, they are well and truly still in the title race currently sitting 2nd in the table, four points behind Manchester City with a game in hand. They will be fully motivated to get the win here and go 1pt behind leaders Manchester City with a direct clash at the Etihad still to come. Klopp’s men have dominated this fixture in recent years having lost to Arsenal just once in 18 head to head games. The last time Liverpool visited the Emirates in the league, they hammered them 3-0. However, it is expected to be a lot more competitive this time around based on current form.
A blockbuster Wednesday night Premier League clash awaits us and as usual, I have you covered with 2 of my best betting angles for this game included in the preview below:

Betbuilder @ 4/5 - 1pt (Bet365) - Selections below.
- Over 2.5 offsides in the match for Arsenal
- Over 0 shots in the match for Bukayo Saka
Once again, we will be targeting a market that has been incredibly profitable for us in Liverpool games. Their efficient offside trap keeps catching teams offside the most number of times in Europe and the they caught the gunners offside eight times in the reverse leg. Expect Arsenal to comfortably clear this offside line. As for the second part of the betbuilder, Bukayo Saka is the man in form for Arsenal at the moment with two goals and an assist. He has had 20 shots in his last four Premier League home games which is an average of five per game. He also managed to get two shots against Liverpool at Anfield earlier this season so one shot should really be a banker. Combining these two selections gives us another solid betbuilder and I am happy to stake 1pt on it as our main bet for this huge clash. Fingers crossed we can continue our fantastic run on these betbuilders!
Fabinho has picked up the most yellow cards for Liverpool with five to his name. He loves a cynical foul and also picked up a booking in the reverse leg against Arsenal. Trent Alexander Arnold leads the assist leaderboard for Liverpool with 11 to his name. He had two assists in the reverse leg and also takes set pieces for the visitors. This longshot double landed when these two sides met in the Premier League earlier this season and I can see it winning yet again. Happy to stake a very small 0.25pt on that as our longshot for this game.
Best of luck if you follow these selections. Please always gamble responsibly.
